Dennis Winkler was great to deal with. He made the entire experience very easy.

Update: I just learned today that we were lied to about Ding Shield (the extra service the finance manager sold us) - what we were told at the time of purchase that they cover is not what is actually covered. The entire service is basically BS. Any ding that does not have paint damage is not covered - how will you avoid paint damage when your car gets dinged. I would not recommend doing business with Audi of Mission Viejo.
