The service department website appointment schedul...

The service department website appointment scheduling system failed to make our service appointment. Also, we called twice to confirm our appointment only to receive the service department voicemail.
Fortunately, Denny was very helpful when we came to drop our car off. He greeted us as soon as we walked in and took care of all of our service needs. In the future we will simply call him to set an appointment.

Zero stars for the website and voicemail systems, but five stars for how helpful Denny is.
