I was extremely happy with the service at this particular store. The rep Maba (I believe thats was her name) was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable about the products. Employee like her are hard to find, keep up the great work!
What did I like? Nothing! The service is extremely slow with the new technology advances it seems like the store is at a disadvantage. Help not much many answers are unable to be answered because many of the store associates lack the knowledge to answer them, but I will give credit where credits do there are probably a good 3 sales men that actually have a clue on what's going on.
Will was great! He was able to cut my expensive and outdated phone plan practically in half! When I'm finally in the market for a new iPhone, I'll definitely go to Will at this location.
The employees at this location are phenomenal however I am thoroughly disappointed with AT&T and their customer service prior to going to the store. I have an endless list of things that have been wrong and AT&T doesn t seem to want to fix their wrong doing they just say I m sorry there is nothing we can do and leave it there.

Had terrible time using kiosk for bill pay. Had to have staff person do it manually for me. This happens about every third time I use the kiosk.

Customer Service was phenomenal Manager Katie waited on me her knowledge was very helpful she made the process of buying Two phones easy I just sat back and she covered every aspect of the sale and also showed me how to use my new IPhone X

My experience with William was excellent. I came in angry and am leaving satisfied and happy. I want to adopt him. I think he should train new employees how to deal with the elderly.
Out of all of the local AT&T locations, I will drive 30 minutes just to go to this one. They are more knowledgeable and have better compression of the products and plans than the locations closer to me.
They helped me we my phone and for the second time..the first time I went terribly bad service she didn't know what she was doing. Months later came back no problem ..
Wish I could give 0 stars. Employees are rude and have lied about charges. Couldn't even bother to ask to assist me last time I went in. Never going back.
waited 2 hours for a phone that was in stock and that was pre ordered, and the canceld the order amd tried to do it instore and demanded the phone be traded in at that moment. when online gives you 15 days.. no resolution left with out the phone that i paid for and had ahipped to the store.. worse customerservice ever.
My experience was horrible! This was due to the store greeter at the time of my arrival on 12/9/17 at 5:30 pm.. She is extremely rude and forgot to sign people in when they entered.. She then took the wrong people to sign in first and screwed the order up!! She is a complete b*tch.. Her name is Monique and she is the store manager

Did an online order and had to visit the store just to be told I wasn't approved. Not only that, I had to wait an hour for them to tell me that and it wasn't even busy! There was one staff member on the floor so I could understand that. What I couldn't understand is why it sounded like there was an office party going on in the back room and a lot of pissed off customers still waiting to be helped! Absolutely disgraceful!
Employees r lacking customer service skills. Was put on hold for manager 12 minutes & 47 seconds for manager to come to phone. No one came back to say manager was busy or anything. When a customer is already crying and upset you'd think customer service would have been impeckabul. But not at AT & T. However I had to hang up and call back. Thanks so much Christine for expedited service getting the manager on the phone. I did address Kevin the manager with the great customer service given by Christine and the horrible service given while on hold. Kevin said he'd address the issue of being on hold so long, but as a customer I felt like he really didn't care.....

Recently switched from tmobile to at&t. Came to this location. Associate Ruben was great. Got much better service and reception now. Our bill dropped almost $80 and we got the new s20+ phones free!

I am apologizing in advance for the forthcoming long rant, but my experience with this store tonight was ridiculous. I placed an online order for a new phone because my new one is almost completely inoperable. The online system tells you it should be ready in an hour, but that I would receive an email once my order was ready. The store was due to close in a half hour and I still hadn't received an email (order placed almost 2 hours beforehand). I figured since the website stated the phone was in stock at the location, I could just ride up there; bad decision. Got there a little more than 15 minutes before closing, and there was only 2 other customers in there, a couple. 2 employees were on the floor, so I figured this would be easy; wrong. The woman who was there looked past me as if I was transparent, walked to the back, never to be seen again. The male employee welcomed me to the store and proceeded to help the customers who were already there. I looked around a little, then sat and waited patiently. I sat for 10 minutes when the gentleman walked over very reluctantly to "help". I explain to him why I came to the store and explained how important it was that I walked out with a phone. He tells me my order wasn't ready and I couldn't get a phone tonight. He also says that he isn't sure why AT&T tells people an hour when it takes a few hours to get it (I'm guessing "it" was the phone, but they already had the phone in stock).I tell him while waiting for him that I noticed the phone I ordered was a little bigger than I wanted and asked if I could change my order. He proceeds to tell me that he can't help me because the order was placed online and to call customer service. I walk out, call customer service and spoke to a gentleman who tells me that the order was already in a processing status and could have been ready within minutes. Then that gentleman and a woman both confirm that the ONLY people who could cancel or make changes to my order are those at that store's location because the phone is coming out of their inventory. So plain and simple, what happened here was this store left 2 lazy, incompetent people to run their store. One who got paid to play hide and seek while customers wait to be served and one extremely lazy person who almost didn't get out of his seat to help and who decided the VERY moment I walked in that store that he was done for the night and by all means necessary would get me out of that store. He flat out lied to my face instead of just being real with me and saying "We could better serve you if you come back tomorrow and allot us a little more time". I am missing phone calls and text messages from clients and family members because my phone is done, and all these people cared about was themselves. AT&T is not a cheap provider and I spend my hard earned money with them every month not just for the service and products, but also for the experience. This location will NEVER get another dime from me because I refuse to allow people to treat me like my money or time doesn't matter. You don't like what you do, then make a career move, but don't take it out on the customers.

Worst experience with this salesman Kahlil very talkative but noble nothing what he is doing.
First time he stupidly set up our prepaid phone with no data plan that we have to come all the way from Bear to upgrade it to a plan that has data.
Second time we came to inquire whether we can upgrade to an even higher plan with hot spot and finally decided not to upgrade. Even though we were just inquiring, he set up as if we were upgrading but didn t pay. We left the store without realizing we have no data no call capability at all because what he did with our account. Again we have to drive 20miles again to get it straight ~~he was gone and someone else need to clean his mass and we have to wait for an hour for this.
Never ever want to deal with him or this store again
Worst and arrogant people are working here. There was a hefty guy who was really kind and helpful. One guy was roaming with a bag , I don't know who appointed him he looks and acts like a railway mechanic. This guy and a lady working there were not attending customers and making them wait for a long time. I saw them making fun of the elderly people who left because of frustration and delay. AT&T should also know how to recruit people along with other brand values that it does. Not anymore with AT&T

This location is very slow. Waiting list has grown and the same people waiting in front of us for over an hour. They were willing to drop helping those waiting when someone wants to buy something, and skip the list when someone came in saying their issue was easy.

Just left the at&t store on concord pike in delaware, sat there and waited 45 mins and didn't see an associate. 2 people working in the store and it seems they can only handle one customer at a time. Just need a different sim card for my new phone. Service sucked.

My shipping address was wrong now it was not me who gave address to UPS it was att.
but manager told me to call UPS and get it corrected but UPS told me to talk with att.

I would NEVER get an At&t phone again. After paying outragous monthly fees with no signal at our house and NO wifi calling we decided to switch carriers. We insisted that the plan be killed immediately after we switch to T- mobile they ignore me and made the change 3 weeks later at the end of the billing period. After talking by phone to yet another person for nearly an hour at the call center since the people at the at&t store couldn't do anything I managed to get the plan killed when I had asked and saving us 3 weeks of the billing period. AT&T IS NOT A CUSTOMER FREINDLY CORPORATION.
DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU DONT WANT TO SPEND YOUR ENTIRE DAY HERE! 45 minutes just to answer the store phone! 5 hours in store set my own phone up and they misplaced the second phone we order? What is the point of order online if it doesn t change your wait time?
If you want to have a smoother experience schedule an appointment. I was seen right away by scheduling and showing up on time.

This is corporate store. Had a hot spot device problem while traveling. Technician wasn't familiar with device but tried a few solutions and was able to resolve problem. Always appreciate that!

Extremely rude customer service. We were being waited on for over an hour trying to exchange to get our Note 7 back. The guy had no idea what the hell he was doing and had an attitude when I asked a simple question. Excuse me for you having to do your damn job. You could have told my husband 5 minutes into the conversation that we couldn't make the exchange just yet and we could have gone on our happy way. This place sucks, go to a different location where I'm sure you'll get better customer service than this place.
Turns out the guy was wrong and we were able to get his Note 7 back without a hassle!

Larry was the most helpful representative that helped me out today. It was a pleasure meeting you. Came into the store today because I place an order for pick up but there was a little hiccup somewhere along the line where I need to verify my identity. Given the fact that today is Christmas Eve. I thought I was going to be there for a couple hours but no. It took us about an hour and some change to finish and get everything squared away. He tried to help everyone he can in a timely manner. Overall my satisfaction for the today at at&t was excellent.
Had to wait a long time to be taken care of. Workers would get distracted watching movies on the screen there. I eventually just left.
Maha was absolutely a miracle worker because she explained to me things I have not understood. She was wonderful. I wish she would teach classes.
Maha Khan was a true pleasure to work with. She spent close to 3 hours educating me about the different plans that are available and affordable. She listened to my requests and we were able to select a plan that was the best fit for me. She was kind, patient and extremely informative. I look forward to working with Maha in the near future.

I was able to get a new phone from AT&T store. Customer rep did not offer to help setup my new phone. I had issues setting up after leaving the store and had to call customer service to get it fixed. I felt I was on my own in that process

This is a relatively small store where you sit at tables while being helped, not unlike an Apple store. Patient, understanding staff helped us figure out the cheapest way to get a replacement phone as soon as possible. Tons of accessories and cases line the walls but I found them to be pretty expensive.

I ve been coming to this store for years, and it is honestly the best att store I ve ever been to. Jerome, Lew, Christine, & George have the best customer service I ve experienced in a long time, from anywhere! They are more than willing to help, answer questions, and are incredibly patient, especially for someone like myself who gets easily confused with all this technology that my head wants to spin. I now live in Bear, DE but I would gladly make the trip up to this store just for the confidence and comfort in quality customer care.

It is nice to go to but the people who work there we had to show things they were saying that were wrong with att. Web page that they are wrong. Like with the note 7. They are there just for a pay ck. They never smile. Just if they not sure they should have the higher up person come to talk to you I left the sale personal and walk to someone else to get the right way it is. I've called other place and other people just so they can talk to them. But the store is a great store just need better salesperson.
