It definitely can be a long wait at times. I have waited almost 2 hours a couple of weeks ago. This review is for Monique. She stepped up and helped us take care of a problem in about 2 minutes. We appreciate someone stepping up and trouble shooting. I only wish more employees would do this and triage some of the problems to help alleviate the wait times. Thank you Monique!

I always vow never to come to this plocation. Never enough people to service customers after 6:00 during the week. Alway one or two people hiding in the back who suddenly appear. It has always been over an hour wait. I ve desperate every time otherwise I would have left.

Avoid this cell phone store! The manager is mean, Danni the rep is being propped up like some marionette to support the store. Poor girl! You get a much better deal calling AT&T directly, or just signing up on the internet. Good luck.

I wouldn t recommend AT&T to my worst enemy. This store will tell you anything to sell you what they want to sell, and when they lie to you about what offers they are providing even when you ask for it in writing, the only way to actually get what was promised is to take them to civil court. The store manager has no authority, the area manager has no authority, and the Person from the office of the president at AT&T has no authority to credit back any false promises your sales representative at this store makes. So if they tell you it s a buy one get one.. just know it s not. You are paying in full.. even with it in writing. See you in court!

Horrible service from the ignorant staff at this location. Don't waste your time or money here. Also they close an hour early so don't expects them to be there during their posted hours. Staff sold incorrect merchandise and refused to rectify the situation when we returned with the item.

The rep that took care if me. Her name was Christine was very thorough, professional and compassionate. She took care of everything I needed her to fix my account. The only thing I didn't like is when she called customer service to help her credit my account for a payment I just made they were very rude to her and argued with her about why she needed them to take care if it instead if the store manager, which she told them numerous times, was not at that store. It was very disheartening for me to hear the customer service rep tell her that they could not help. I think it's very bad for business for a customer to hear the customer service rep argue with the store rep when the store rep was trying to treat the customer with the same care and concern and according to AT&T standards that she would want for herself.

I brought my phone here for a warranty replacement. A supervisor look at my phone and immediately told me it was water damaged, without even inspecting the device, and refused to replace it. I asked him to actually check and see if it was water damaged and he did, told me it was not actually water damaged, but that he would still not replace it under warranty. A quick phone call to ATT got me a replacement without question.

I have gone to this stores for years, since they were Cingular. I usually dealt with one associate. Since he was on sick leave, I had to deal with others. One day I go in to add my sister to my line and she needed a new phone (Samsung). I was told there was a BOGO free offer on the iPhones for adding a 4th line with unlimited data, otherwise I wouldn t have purchased any phones for myself. He said it would take 3 bills and then one iPhone would come off. The money he made on us, our phones, our cases and such that day. Long story short...the phone never came off my bill. I called AT&T several times for several hours for several months. Finally, I said I m going in the store. The employee was gone and apparently incorrect with the timing and details of the promo. I still wanted something done, because it wasn t my fault and I was a long-time customer. Basically it got to the point where the manager was so busy in the back that she would hide from me and avoid my calls/texts (totally unprofessional). Needless to say, I ve been paying for 2 phones ever since and I m only on 13/30. I will never buy anything from this store for their negligence and failure to make amends to a long-time customer.

Needed to make a change to my account. Brianna was a great help. She showed me some choices I didn't even know about, thus saving me some money. Also helped register a product I had bought previously. Absolutely 1st class service. That's why I've been with ATT for nearly 30 years.

We waited over an hour to be helped. Manager came out and didn't help service anyone. Associate that did help us was very nice but everyone moved in slow motion. We never expected it to take over 2 hours to buy 2 phones. So disappointed in my experience today.
