Employees r lacking customer service skills. Was put on hold for manager 12 minutes & 47 seconds for manager to come to phone. No one came back to say manager was busy or anything. When a customer is already crying and upset you'd think customer service would have been impeckabul. But not at AT & T. However I had to hang up and call back. Thanks so much Christine for expedited service getting the manager on the phone. I did address Kevin the manager with the great customer service given by Christine and the horrible service given while on hold. Kevin said he'd address the issue of being on hold so long, but as a customer I felt like he really didn't care.....
