Very helpful and courteous staff. Quick service. People hate wireless companies like they do airlines - they're a necessary evil that we have to deal with. But these folks don't treat me like that. It was like they actually cared about customer service. I had a wonderful sales rep. It was Ms. something.... I just wish i could remember her name.
