Per chiarire, questo NON è un posto dove riparare la tua attrezzatura tecnica personale. Se sei un'azienda che ha bisogno di un supporto IT completo, non potresti fare di meglio che portare su Atomic Data.
Abbiamo organizzato un'importante transizione IT di Atomic Data per la nostra azienda piuttosto grande e in crescita. La quotazione iniziale è stata di circa $ 15.000 nella fascia bassa (secondo loro molto probabilmente) e poco più di $ 19.000 nella fascia alta. Ad oggi, durante i nostri primi quattro mesi di servizio, le nostre fatture hanno totalizzato un totale di Mese 1: $ 63.727,23, Mese 2: $ 45.762,98, Mese 3: $ 58.872,16, Mese 4: $ 51,154,43. In realtà sono piuttosto nervoso su cosa porterà il quinto mese. Dopo essersi incontrati con loro per cercare di trovare una soluzione, hanno fatto ben poco, ma hanno lasciato intendere che non c'era nulla che potessero fare al riguardo. Hanno basato il nostro preventivo sul personale IT di livello base (l'help desk), che ha sprecato ore di tempo del personale, poiché non era in grado di gestire le situazioni. Pertanto si passa ai loro ingegneri di "alto livello", che caricano a una tariffa significativamente più alta. Penso che se hai esigenze IT piuttosto semplici, questa potrebbe essere un'azienda ok in quelle circostanze. Se hai bisogno di un'azienda IT che tenga fede alla sua parola con integrità, ti consiglio vivamente di cercare altrove. La nostra esperienza è oltre deludente. Fai molta attenzione a qualsiasi preventivo che ti danno perché può essere molto fuorviante. Se potessi dare loro zero stelle, lo farei.
Questi ragazzi sono fantastici, sono una soluzione completa per l'hosting e l'IT a Minneapolis. Ottimo con cui lavorare e altamente raccomandato.
