I learned how to ride a motorcycle with some amazing instructors through the Professional & Workforce Training department

Cheap. Gets you a trade that you can apply towards a career. I received a AAS degree for under 12k about 6 years ago. That same degree at a popular trade school in Minneapolis would have been over 25k.

Awesome College! The records staff is very helpful and if you have question they can't answer they will get you to the right person to talk with. Everyone there seems to really enjoy their job and are so helpful! I enjoy my class and my classmates. Very affordable!!

Just here for a plumbing class. Pretty quiet, following COVID guidelines very well

Staff and Facility are all good, staff are always helpful and clearly passionate about what they do and teach, the facility is clean, easy to navigate and occasionally fun to explore. There are nice outdoor hangout spots which are relaxing to visit (pre-Covid) I feel really happy with my choice to attend this school. The school also took Covid very seriously and at no point have I worried for my safety and well-being. If you re looking to get into trades, or pursue other career or educational choices offered by Anoka Tech, I d highly recommend it.

Do not do their LPN program if you can help it. I had one incredibly kind and caring instructor (Kay). The nursing director is rude and dismissive. Honestly one of the most unprofessional directors I have ever seen. The courses are choppy, staff fight in front of students, the courses have no additional help (tutors, extra explanations). Very outdated teaching methods. If you ask for help expect to get "Well ask your fellow peers.". Which no peer has time to help you. I wasted my money and time. I was treated horribly for the three months I was there.

Very good programs and instructors. They prepare you well for work field.

Worst experience of all the colleges I have ever been to. I experience racism from classmates, gender discrimination from my reading instructor, and bullying in class at this college just in my first semester starting. I was so excited to start my education here to achieve my career. No one wants to go to a college where they feel unsafe. This is definitely not the college to go to if you are Asian either. Better off going to a more welcoming and diverse college.
