Was very busy so the visit took a long time, but the great service made it worth while. Even though it was a very busy saturday, the tax preparer Carlos Pacheco was great! He made it easy to understand how the refund was calculated, and answered all the questions we had! This is my 3rd year going here and 2nd time with Carlos , and every time he helps to get the maximum refund possible !! Thanks Carlos
