I've been a loyal customer to this place for the past 10yrs. This yr that I went to file, the atmosphere was very different than before. I went there on a Saturday on March 16th, Andy wasn't there. The ppl that took care of me were all pretty much new faces. I went there around 1pm, I felt rushed and they didn't get to know you like they did in the past. When I was getting ready to pay they were confusing me with someone else's account, I didn't think of any of it at the moment. I had asked for direct deposit and I was waiting for it and I think them getting me confused with somebody else had something to do with it. Turns out my refund never got deposit because, "the bank rejected it" so they had my check at the office and told me the state check would arrive in 10 business days, it's been a month and still nothing. The yr before that, the person that took care of me didn't write down my address correct. The IRS was trying to get a hold of me and I had no clue about it until they contacted my job. Andy is great and if you want your service done with him he is a 5star. You would have to make an appointment cause he is very busy. The kids he has running the place are not really all there especially when he isn't there. This will probably be the last yr I file with them, I rather do it online myself it's not that difficult. I only kept going cause of Andy if I'm being truthful. His hospitality was what kept me going.
