It s an average buying experience until you have problems with the car they sell you (brand new car). I ve had my car for 3 weeks now and it s been in the shop 3times. You may want to reconsider
Nice! Just kidding. Rude would be a better word. Took the service department 20 minutes to offer me a seat in the lobby. Bob Arena greeted me with an awkward smile and a mumbled "are you here for an oil change or...service?" There was no "hello, how may I help you today?" Or a "how are you doing?". Rude Bobby Arena. I came for a small service for my old Infiniti and to get a feel for the place before I came to buy a new one. I'll go with someone else for sure. There's no way I'll spend one more cent at this dealership. Unfortunate that Bob Arena has 0 customer service skills. Kaitlin screws was nice once she was done with what she was doing though. Overall not very nice people.

8-18-12 My wife and I walked into Atlantic infinity to purchase a 2011 QX56 that I was pre-approved for thru Vystar. I am a 34 year old male and they treated me as if I was in there wanting to take a joy ride or dreaming that I could afford this vehicle. After walking in 15 minutes later and 3 salesman including Jose Torres (the VERY short man) tried to make excuses not to assists me. First question they asked me was my age, followed by throwing the price of the vehicle at me as if I have not already did my homework on the vehicle. I really REALLY wanted and planed on taking this vehicle home Saturday night but will not be treated like this when I am about to spend $62,000. Today I am on my way down to Orlando Infiniti to buy the QX56 that we have been wanting for over a year now!!!
Service is okay, but timing is key it can take up to 1hr 30 minutes to get a oil change even if you have a scheduled appointment. Don't understand that. But the real issue is the service desk clerk making fun of my last name and laughing about it cause I guess it's not "normal" to her. Took my business to another Infiniti dealership even though the drive is far, they welcomed me very well and an oil change took only 25 minutes. Glad I made the switch.
The staff was professional and knowledgable and treated us with respect.
Review update - after a few days - my QX50 has been repaired with a replaced rear taillight and I had the windshield replaced by safelight sales person. No out of pocket expenses and thanks to Barry in sales and Mike in service. Both were professional and prompt in all regards.
Needed a few screws that another company didn't install back on undercarriage shield during oil change. The friendly parts guy gave them to me for free! Thanks

Extremely impressed with sales (Paul Smith) low-pressure - and the managers - Bruce and Barry - that were able to address issues efficiently and made buying a car less stressful than I anticipated. Although we had a few hiccups, Atlantic Infiniti immediately handled them with professionalism and care. I would highly recommend them - and look forward to service there - after meeting some of their kind people there - Will was especially helpful (it's so rare that people go out of their way to help others today - in this culture of incivility) - when I left stuff in the loaner - and he had it all sent to me immediately. All-around great experience.

I purchased my 2019 Infiniti on November 21, 2019. I had called ahead and spoke with Barry Labman, the sales manager of Atlantic Infiniti. He was very friendly and gracious. When we arrived at the dealership, Mr. Labman introduced us to one of his salespersons, Al York. My wife and I felt very comfortable with Al. He made the purchase process a beautiful one, of which my wife and I were completely, 100% satisfied and very pleased with the outcome. We were very happy with the price Al offered to us and also with the amount money for our trade-in. Before meeting Al, I was not looking forward to the sales process because of my past experiences with other dealers who were not of the Infiniti brand. If you are considering purchasing a new vehicle, and would like a friendly, respectful, stress free, sales event with no pressure to buy, I would definitely recommend Al York and the Atlantic Infiniti dealership.
If I could give 0 stars I would give this Dealership 0 STARS after my experience with them today. I took my car in today for a oil change, I was told that I needed to leave it with them for about 2 to 3 hours, because of a recall on the car software. I got a call from Mike the service tech 20 minutes after I left the dealer with a loaner saying I need other extra stuff done on the car which I declined. Ten minutes later Mike service tech called again saying the car was ready for pick up. According to my calculation my car was worked on for 30 minutes not 2 to 3 hours. At the time of pick up I noticed that my son's air pods were missing from the car. I immediately told the female tech that brought my car upfront and was told that there is no manager present (at 6:30 pm on a Wednesday evening) that can talk to me about my stuff being taken from the car. I was told by the female tech that someone will contact me the next day. I am very disappointed in the service that I received and feel violated of the fact that the air pods are missing. My 12 year old son saved up his allowance in order to purchase the air pods. I already called the police to file a report and was told I have to go back to the dealership tomorrow when the manager is in for me to file a police report. I will NEVER use this dealership for any services on my car and you lost me as a customer.

I have a a 2017 Q50 that I did not get here but have brought it in a few times for warranty things.I know a bit about cars and will do most basic things myself and will check for many things before taking it anywhere . Atlantic Infiniti has always been straight up with me and never tried anything sideways/ unethical when I went in , I've experienced it before and many places will routinely work to fvck you outta more money but this place has never done anything like that and I was pleasantly surprised. Bring your Infiniti here
Best auto sales experience I have ever had. When the vehicle I wanted to test drive was out on loan to another customer, they gave me another model to take home overnight and let me take home the one I was considering for another night. I bought it the next day. I've never had a dealership do this EVER! The other dealers wanted to ride with me in the car for a couple of miles. Although this was a few years ago, I've never forgotten it.
While I have purchased 2 vehicles from them in the past I bought my 2008 M45 used from another dealership a couple years ago. I took it in today for the airbag recall and they were able to take me home so I didn't have to sit there all day. When I picked up my car, which I love, they had washed it and detailed the interior. I was not expecting this as it was just a recall and I wasn't having to pay anything, so that was a pleasant surprise! I live down a dirt road for now and it is hard to keep my car clean and the brakes would squeal a little when stopping even after I had a complete brake job. They cleaned my M so well that now there is no squeal. I will definitely go back there to purchase my next new vehicle in a year or so!
I love this dealership! I initially came to look at a few of the newer model SUV's and to walk around the new show room. I have to say I never felt any pressure to buy or really commit to anything. I test drove three different cars on the lot and finally decided on a pre-owned vehicle. I was approved through infinity and the finance manager, Danny, was completely transparent throughout the process (this is typically the part I hate). I feel much more confident dealing with REAL professionals at this dealership and Ill be back when I'm ready for another car!

Jose, Ernesto, (salesmen) And Dan (Finance Manager) Are all awesome, they treated us very respectfully, they showed us a lot of options and got us in a better vehicle than we thought we would qualify for without us signing our life away and they even got us a great interest rate. If you are at all hesitant about trying to qualify for a vehicle, try Atlantic Infiniti FIRST! I don't know how anyone could give them a bad review...We arr very excited to own our slightly used FX35 .Will buy there again!
Purchased a 2010 RX350 and got it for a great price and a low finance rate. Friendly staff and a no pressure to buy atmosphere. I would buy from them again when the time comes. I would recommend Atlantic Infiniti to anyone looking for a good deal and a comfortable transaction.
Phenomenal service! I inquired about a vehicle via email on a Thursday evening. I heard back immediately via email and a phone call the following day by Paul Smith. He was up front, flexible, and responsive. I drove from Tallahassee to Jacksonville on Saturday morning to purchase the vehicle. Paul worked diligently to secure the vehicle for me. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience and a safe car to drive back home. Throughout the process, they kept me up to date and informed without me having to inquire. My finance guy was awesome and doing on the job training. Both gentlemen were very efficient. The sales rep that previously lived in Cincinnati gave me several laughs. Yes, the bathrooms are lovely as well as the customer lounge area. At one point, even the sales manager came out to assist and keep me posted on the progress of my vehicle. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Icing on the cake: I even nursed my 2yr old in the lounge area and the salesmen never skipped a beat. We actually got a few laughs out of it. Horrible experience. After test driving several cars I found the one I loved. Choose the color but I wanted upgraded wheels and tint. Our salesman, Steven, was rude from the get go!! But asking for the upgrades (which I was going to pay for) he got frustrated and told my husband and I that he wished we never came in, asked us to leave, and to never come back. An hour later I purchased a loaded 2016 Nissan Maxima (with wheels and tinted windows) at the Nissan dealership . (Steven also told us that his coworkers are lazy kindergarteners!!) Nice guy
I went to Infiniti today and had a wonderful expierence with the exception of one thing. A guy named Alex. From the start Alex was very pushy and didn t seem to want to take no for an answer. Dan on the other hand was WONDERFUL. I understand the fact that usually dealerships want you to finance with them. I explained to Alex, or at least tried, I was cut off more times than I can count during our conversation. He was trying to counter offer the lease & warranty I already had without even knowing what it entailed. He never asked about what I already had just INSISTED that he knew he could do better or beat my current offer through my credit Union. Which was fine, I get it I do, although Alex was also rude & condescending. To the point where I had to step out while my spouse and Alex finished the transaction. I had to leave the dealership to acquire the check & return. I told him NUMEROUS times that the bank was printing my check along with all of the paperwork. & I had to leave acquire the check and documents and return to finish the transaction. When I get back to the dealership he asks for the check glances at it & looks at me & says your spouses name is first on the check.. I say mmhmm he says I thought I asked you who s name was on the check first and you said yours, now I have to re-print all of the paperwork to which I replied No, I told you the check had not been printed yet, so there is no way I could of known who s name was first. I followed that by saying are having a bad day? Is there someone else we should see? He countered well I m the only one here so .... at that time I realized it was time to remove myself because I had done NOTHING to be treated or talk to this way besides decline his efforts to finance me. I day I was suppose to thoroughly enjoy was DEFINITELY dampened by Alex, his attitude, & condecending/rude remarks/behavior.

My wife and I had the pleasure of buying a car from Atlantic Infinity....our sales person was Shane. We had the very best buying experience ever. Shane was the most honest, helpful, courteous and patient gentleman I have ever dealt with in the 50+ years I have been buying cars. This dealership and Shane are outstanding....and I assure you we are not related.
Never have I been to a dealership where the salesman (I wish I took his card) insulted my wife within minutes of walking in the door. Allow me to explain a bit more.... I thought I was up front and honest to the salesperson as soon as we came in the door. Which I will now refer to him as a joke, because that s what he is if he thinks talking to customers in the way he does is going to sell him a car... He is a joke. I told this joker that we take had just text divin a small SUV but that since this car is for my wife I wanted her wanted to dive a larger QX60 to see if it s an option. We both love the style and price just wanted her to make sure she was comfortable driving something a bit larger. I went on to tell him I wanted something lightly used in the low $30,000 s. This joker starts bragging about how they have the largest used lot around sometimes 15 used QX60 s sometimes 30. That s great I said. As he looked at his list he rolled off the only 3 he had at 40,000, 38,000, and 37,000 I think and started talking about all the other cars he had at a lower price point. I patiently waiting for him to stop talking, and told we are only interested in the QX60 and just want to make sure that it is not going to be to large of a vehicle for my wife to drive. Yeah that s what you said when you came in. Yes, we would like to drive one to see if it s an option for the future. Well, if you re not going to buy one now then there is no point in driving it now. Why don t you go to car max you can test drive 3 cars in an hour there, we can t have people coming in on a Saturday whiting to test drive a car if there not going to buy.... so you wanna go look at some of these other options I told you we have? Nope, we re good. Wish I could say I was joking but that just happened. My name is Alan Geike and I have been getting my Infinity M56X serviced they over the past few years (look me up) I ve enjoyed the service and would ve continued to go back and if not for this guy maybe have purchased my next vehicle from them, after this. I have no reason to give them my business or say anything good about thier sales team.

My 2014 QX60 was a problem from the get go. The service department played dumb about issues with the transmission until there was a class action. I paid $300 to have the TCU updated, and it took 2 weeks for it to work properly. The dealership and Infiniti connection kept blaming each other, while I had non functioning equipment. To top it off my car was stolen from the dealership and totaled. They offered me a $5000 discount on a new car. Big whoop. I must say I had a loaner for 2 weeks. They were nice about that.
Helped me when no one else could. The manager is extremely friendly, professional, and compassionate and I don't even drive an Infiniti. I was calling around for help with my vehicle and he took the time to explain things and recommend the next best step.

They got car diagnosed while I waited 2 hours just to be told it would take days. What happened to a customer service that got you in and out. When I asked for a loaner car and stated I needed to drop the car off as engine light was on, I knew that was going to be an extended service. Just give me the courtesy car and let me go. If this app would give me 0 stars I would have given that a rating. Over the last few year I have experience several issues with this dealership all of my business goes to Infiniti of Orange Park now. Recently had my convertible serviced offered no loaner after services were accepted. Spent over $1k for services. Had to get rides back and to the dealership first attempt gave my the convertible back with an alarm ringing in the car and the top would not open. You would think for quality control someone would of checked it before calling me back that the car was ready. After a supposed thorough inspection of the car it was deemed a battery issue. which off course I had to pay for. Mind you they said they performed a multi point inspection where they quoted me $400 worth of preventative services that were needed on the car. Thankfully I declined those since they don't seem to be able handle fixing an adjustment to my convertible top correctly as was the primary purpose of the visit Needless to say one month later the top is not working big shock! After scheduling another appt where I requested a loaner the same rude and unhelpful service person after a 1 min inspection deemed it must be another issue not related to any possible work that they did to the convertible top and proceeded to offer me a fee to diagnose the top and told me that I can't get a loaner until they do the diagnostic and I accept whatever quote for additional repairs. I asked for the keys back and will get my car serviced by a competent and friendly dealership. This is also same dealership who a year before bounced me back and forth for 2 hours for 3 to 4 calls while I asking for a quote and installation services on an a new dashboard before hanging up on me on each call.with no call back or follow up. Stupid move it cost your dealership over $3k in profit. I have had major work done by my car at this dealership over the last 5 years but apparently when I went in last month they had no record of my car. I cannot begin to express my complete disappointment and annoyance at the sloppy and unprofessional behavior I have experienced from this dealership Infiniti on the whole has been in a major tailspin over the last few years hastened by lack of new product, technology and innovation. Unfortunately this level of customer services also exemplifies why its on the bottom of the scale for luxury brands.

Review for service department: I own a 2017 Q50 with about 33,000 miles on it. I went in for an oil change and an inspection occurred and found nothing wrong it. One week later, the car leaves me stranded on the side of the road with a shredded serpentine belt. Coincidence, maybe. However... after having the car towed and finding my own ride home on a Saturday night, on Monday morning I had to Uber to work and then they had NO shuttle service or pickup so I had to Uber to get my car. Not what you would expect from an Infiniti dealership.

I bought a CPO G37 and found a few problems with it that were missed during the CPO inspection process. The salesman and service manager were great though and the problems are being resolved.

I purchased my G37 from Herman Boothe five years ago and It was a great experience. However, the service department at this dealership is horrendous. The handful of times that I have returned, hoping for a better outcome, has only gotten worse. just went by today only to be told by a rude service rep that an oil change and tire rotation would be $106 and change...... Wow, never again.
General maintenance is reasonably priced for the vehicle and the staff are always pleasant to work with.
Highly recommend this location. Excellent customer service, product and price. They really helped us to make our new purchase happened.

I just wanted them to look at my seat belt cuz it doesn't always go back. They wanted to charge me $160 just to look at it not even fix it. I found this very expensive. I've been going there for years they could have just done it.
They're all great here! Tim in parts is my go to for anything. He takes the time to find answers when he rarely doesn't have them. Always has a smile. Rob and Mel in service are always on top of things and Mike and Barry will make sure your car is top priority. Awesome crew!!!
In my opinion one of the top 3 best and honest dealer in the city. Most of the time the sales people reflect the management in the offices. If the organizations don t care about how customers feel or only focuses on profits or commissions you will ending dealing with a very nasty and greedy dealership. Through the years I had bought 4 cars from Atlantic Infinity, all different makes and models. It is funny because I am feel so comfortable in there that if I am looking for a Jeep I don t go to the Jeep dealership I go to the Atlantic Infiniti, hey is how good they are. I guess the sales associates are being trained not to force you, push you, or tricking you into a car that you don t want just because they want to sale you something. In this dealer I always received the same professional attention. Of course don t expect they will sales you a car for nothing, but they will work hard to give you the deal of your life time. A deal, like in my case, you can brag about it. I want to give thanks to Calvin, sale associate, and to Barry, one of the manager. GOOD JOB!!! Infiniti people hope you never change. KEEP UP the good work. One thing, no place is perfect. The other side of the coin, and I can t say this by my own experience because I never have to bring my cars for repair or service in there. But I heard the parts and the service department need some help and improvement. They can work and fix the problems, give them the benefit of the doubt, time, and I bet they will do the best they can to make your happy.

Great place to purchase a car! I bought a car for myself and my mother. What impressed me most was that for her car they addressed her for everything. I have experienced a lot of other dealers that would talk to the man and ignore the woman in the equation. They did not bounce us around, I had my sales consultant's attention the entire time of the process. Will definitely buy from them again.
Alex York was amazing he helped me to find the right vehicle for my needs. He was courteous and answered all my questions. This was simply the absolute best car experince I have ever had I would recommend everyone go see Alex so you can find out what true and real customer service is all about. You will not be disappointed one bit I promise.
This Infiniti dealership has gone way downhill and it starts at the top with the general manager Bob Harrington. These guys could care less about the customer and are even apathetic about doing any business with you. Sales people are rude, service is terrible (waited two hours for oil changes that never happened), wanted an extra $3000 on a new car that I ended buying in Tampa and they would not reprogram new Infiniti keyfobs because they came from another dealer. They need a serious revamp of management. Infiniti of Orange Park or Tampa are much more professional and caring about their customers.
I purchased & serviced my former vehicle at Atlantic Infiniti. When we decided to buy a newer model, where else would I go? I have to admit I did vacillate between another manufacturer and Infiniti; however, I kept coming back to the Infiniti brand due to its reputation and my experience with my former car. We did visit the other Infiniti dealership as we were on that side of the town one day; but, they were overpriced and didn't have the color/features I wanted on the lot. I contacted Atlantic Infiniti via internet and was immediately attended to by Shane. When we arrived, Shane was with another customer so he handed us over to Dan H. Everyone we came in contact with was professional & courteous. We ended up buying my new car that day. They had the vehicle on the lot and the price was fair. I did not feel pressured; actually, I felt very well taken care of. Dan H. was very informative and explained all the features of the car thoroughly. The dealership has followed up several times afterwards to ensure everything is still going smoothly. As mentioned, the service department is phenomenal. You can't go wrong buying from Atlantic Infiniti.
I took my car Infinity g25 to O'Reilly where they performed battery test and told me right away that i will need alternator replacement .From them i drove to Infiniti to confirm it with them,and see what it would cost replacement. All this happens on 03/16/2019 about 3pm,after we arrived there,and i sincerely told Emily Collins what i was told at O'Reilly. Her first reaction was how they dont like those generic stores, like who the hell they are,they don't know nothing we will take care about your car. So 15 to 20 minutes after she's coming to us and telling that we have to purchase new battery for $165 plus tax in order to move with diagnostic. So ,even i knew immediately that she's lying and going to scam us i told her ok (my battery was not even year old). Little bit after, again very concerned Emilly is coming back with the estimate of $1049 for alternator replacement. So absolutely there was no need for a new battery, it was just rip off,and just can imagine what they would found else down the road if i would OK alternator work. At the end she "gave" me the battery for $142.63 hopping i will leave the car for alternator replacement. Of course it didn't happen. Disgusting.
Great service over the past six years. Loaner cars available when needed. Service always done right. Nice alerts through mail and email reminding me of service times. Now I can even schedule my apt online- tried that and it was perfect / very convenient. Rome has been my service advisor for all of these years and does a rock solid job. Good guy and cares about doing good work.
The sales team were great without being pushy. Very knowledgeable (Paul) about the vehicles features. They worked with me on a price that i was comfortable with and financing had the best rate offered out there. I would highly recommend Atlantic Infiniti.

Atlantic Infiniti has always taken great care of my car and myself. Everything from routine oil changes to major maintenance and repairs. The dealership is comfortable for waiting while the service is done or accommodating by providing a loaner for the day. I trust them to keep me safe on the road and provide the highest level of workmanship.
Refuse to replace interior components (steering wheel and door handles) that have peeled and chipped away. This is a known problem with these cars and other Infiniti dealerships are replacing them free of charge!! Atlantic Infiniti refused to replace them!! another time I had to take my brakes in for a "TSB" its kind of like a recall, The recall was to replace the rotors with a newer version, and replace pads if they were worn free of charge, well they decided to turn the rotors and put back on the same pads that had less than 35% wear left on them!!! 10,000 miles later it shakes just like it did, Took it back and the told me the rotors are bad and they needed to be replaced and they are not covered under the recall. and then told me for 650.00 they will have them replaced!! Unfortunately the next closest dealership is 120 miles away. I am going to Tampa this weekend for a wedding I called Infiniti of Tampa and a really nice lady answered the phone and said that this is a known issue and they have the parts already in stock and we will replace them free of charge and they'll look at the brakes and make the determination from there. She also told me that this has happened before from Atlantic Infiniti. In addition I took a stroll to the sales are and a really nice down to earth salesman started talking to me and I told him you cant help me the only thing I will buy is Black on Black G35S 6 speed with nav (a very very rare car) he said coincidentally we have one I told him ok let me drive it, he told me its the policy of atlantic infiniti that they will not allow test drives on cars with manual transmissions. I own an 08 g35s 6 speed and you expect to to pay 42,000 for a car and not even be able to test drive it!?!?!?!?! He was apologetic but he said, that was there policy, I told him these are infiniti's not Ferrraris!!! What I failed to mention is that my car was paid off I was getting the itch for a new one and could of easily turned mine in and would have walked away that day with one!! If I decide to buy I will go to another infiniti dealership and have it shipped to Infiniti of Tampa
Service department is aweful. Plagued by poor management and inadequately trained staff. Took almost a week to get a tire and my car was returned scratched up. They do just enough to get by. Consistently over promised and underdelivered. If you have low standards and expectations this is your place.
Recently bought a used 2011 qx56. The sales team member John Upton was super professional and actually cares about his customers. If you want somebody that will take the time to go over your deal, explain everything, and make you feel comfortable, I recommend asking for him. After your sales experience ask for Danny Southworth to close your deal. He will answer any follow up questions you have and get you in and out. Ask him about his band to find out were there playing next and go check them out. I know everybodys experience is different, but if you want the best possible transaction ask for those 2 and they will make sure your happy! Then tell them Dan and Ashley sent you!
I was on a road trip and needed an oil change, so I stopped by the closest Infiniti dealership without an appointment and got an oil change and car wash all within an hour. EVERYONE was extremely kind and fast! I wish I could say the same about my local Infiniti dealership Atlantic Infiniti puts nationwide Infiniti to shame!!! Do not hesitate doing business with them.
I'm an infiniti owner 6 years now (Pamela). This is the best dealership I've worked with and every time I visit for service I'm always asked if I need a vehicle to stay mobile. Excellent! My last visit was an oil change and they're so great; washed and vacuumed my car and saved $20 with a discount. There's longevity with their employees too. I always deal with people I know and trust at this dealership. You'll get the best service after the sale at Atlantic infiniti!
