As the owner of a car dealership myself, for more than 30 years. I hope that my perspective, will give the service that we received, an insider review of how customers should be treated.
Two thumbs up for Lexus of Rockville Centre!!! Special thanks to Gracy, who took us under her wing, even though, as a sales manager she had a million things to do. She was sharp enough to notice, that we were kind of lost in the showroom, but came outside to see if she could help. That is a team player and the owners need to know the quality of her work ethic. She immediately had Christine and Henry(two super qualified and helpful sales people) work with us.
Long story short, we are picking up our new Lexus RX 350 today!
Thank you again to Gracy,Christine,Henry and Dave. And most of all, this is the place to buy your next Lexus!

I purchased a used 2009 IS 250 two years ago from a used car dealership. I went to Lexus of Rockville Centre in 2016 because the car was making a weird noise after only having it for a month. The gentleman that helped me then was great. I just went back to then again for an airbag issues and Natasha was so friendly and warm. The service was great then and now.

Avoid at all costs, they'll waste your time and try to overcharge you for what you need. I called parts, they answered and hung up on me twice, third time they put me on hold for a half hour only to tell me they couldnt give me the information I needed, that I would have to come in and buy a new computer and key instead of them just giving me the key code so I can have a new key made for my car. Guy on the phone was rude. AVOID.

These folks were so deceitful in handling my last warranty "service" they did not perform any of the necessary changes which resulted in me having to spend $400+ and more importantly put my safety at risk, I'm disgusted. I thought Lexus was a company that pride themselves in family, safety and customer service...

Walked in seeking information walked out with a new car. The process was just that simple. Never felt pressured, never felt obligated. It was simply a conversation about a car. It is refreshing to see a car salesman respect what a lady wants. Everyone on staff from manager to parking attendant were courtious & respectful. Customer service to perfection. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you. Looking forward to receiving my free car washes.

I ve purchased 2 cars from this dealership over 4 years. The Salesmen and financing managers had everything super simple to understand and helped me get through the signing quickly. As anyone knows. Purchasing a car is a long process. They simplified it making it enjoyable. With their customer lounge area stocked with bagels muffins, super comfy chairs, a tv and a manicurist what else could one ask for while you wait for your car to be serviced.

First of all I will start off by shouting out Mr. Dean C. (finance manager) and Mr. Josh H. (sales) with the utmost respect. These two individuals my husband and I agree that they are extremely professional, courteous, honest and very punctual. They made us feel like we were friends from the moment we sat down in their chairs. My husband and I felt that we were treated very well by these two gentleman going above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable at all times and into the vehicle that we liked and made sure we were very comfortable with the lender, price of vehicle and car note. I would recommend people to work with these two individuals. Thank you again for your services. Greatly and truly appreciated.

First time me and my gf came here was 3yrs ago looking for our first leases sales guy said to go outside to the car we wanted to test drive and he would be right out to help us. Waiting outside (in march) for 15minutes and nobody showed up. - ended up driving to Infiniti a mile down and getting cars there.
Second time was recently, supposedly has valet service, nobody shows up and I'm waiting in my car for at almost 10minutes, I just left it on the lot for all i cared. Requested to test drive the IS350 AWD Luxury trim, sales person did not know anything about the car trying to sell me the base model! as if it was the luxury trim which had no featured and said all the features I'm looking for are only on the IS250. After a dissatisfying service the manager came to me grilling me on why I didnt like the car and defending him on the basis of the features I'm looking for aren't on the 350 despite reviews and the site showing otherwise and obviously does not know the products herself. As well as pretending she drives an IS 350 F Sport model and swears by it.
After speaking with sales reps the next day at another dealership, confirming that this dealership does not have sales people that know there products or give a crap about proper customer service it is safe to say I will never be here again to get my next car once my lease is up again.

Made a $1000 deposit by credit card over the phone from another State pending on site inspection of auto. When we made an on site inspection as agreed upon we rejected the purchase. Still waiting for return of our deposit. Not a professional way to do business. Especially for a Lexus dealer.

I leased a car from them in Nov. 2016 and requested a loner car so that I could drop off my car and still be able to get to work. They told me I was ineligible for a loaner but they can offer me the shuttle. All the way to Brooklyn, I don t think so. So I will have to sit and wait for my car and probably be late for work in Brooklyn, NY.
They call that great service!

This dealership really goes above and beyond! This is my second lease from Lexus of RVC and I will go for a third due to the outstanding service. My sales consultant Kasim was thorough and had me driving out with my new car in no time. The financial manager Joe Montana and the Sales manager Gracie Agosto also worked extremely hard to make sure I received the best financial deal. This team makes sure you walk out confident and happy with your purchase . Prior to re-leasing the service department was also always a pleasure to deal with. I never experienced a long wait time and the staff always made sure I was updated with the status of my car. This dealer aims to satisfy!

I have been bringing my 2008 Lexus in for servicing to Lexus of Rockville Center every six month since my original new car purchase 10 years ago. It s customer relations and service department staffs are outstanding. Michelle is particularly good!

This RX is the sixth Lexus we've bought--from dealerships in Massapequa and Rockville Centre. This one was from RC. Sales Mgr Gracie and Sales Associate Dawn Morris could not have been more helpful, friendly and responsive! In more than 40 years of buying cars, this latest experience has been one of--if not the--best! Dawn handled the delivery and spent a solid hour or so going over every detail of this terrific car's operation; she entered the Bluetooth for us--something which other dealers in the past were unable or unwilling to do. To make sure the RX would fit in our garage--a big concern of my wife-Dawn drove an RX to our house (before we bought the car!) and showed how we would be able to garage it. Buying a Lexus from the Rockville Centre dealership was a five-star experience and I would recommend this dealer to any prospective purchaser. (As for Gracie and Dawn!) Five stars, a no brainer!

If I could give zetp stars I would!! Exceptional service?? That would be a no! They replaced my airbags and broke my back window. Came to pick up my car my back window was rolled down and would not roll up. I asked the guy, What happened to my back window? He replied: We replaced your airbags! Isaid: I know what does that have to do with the back window? They had me waiting outside in the heat yesterday, no one invited me to come inside, finally I went inside. To wait.Had to wait another hour and a half while they fixed my window. So exceptional service that would be a big fat no!

If I could give no stars at all I would. Whenver you call the serive department you're on hold for several minutes before someone picks up or they don't pick up the phone at all and it hangs up on you. In addition to that I just had the worst experience with them. My car needed a routine maintenace. I called and asked exactly what maintenance was needed and I was told that I had to come in to discuss the "various packages". She was not able to discuss with me over the phone. I made the appointment and requested a loaner because I had to go to work. I was given the option of two packages based on my mileage. I asked for a moment to make a phone call so I could decide which package I wanted. My phone call literally took one minute and I waited another 25 minutes before I was seated again to complete the paperwork. I decided not to do the maintenance and opted to get an oil change. At that point I was told I could no longer have a loaner. I either had to wait for my car or come back another day when I had time. I explained to the person assisting me as well as the Service Manager that the person on the phone should have informed me that loaners only come with particular services. The response was "the girls who pick up the phone don't know." Well they should know if they're the ones booking appointments! They refused to give me the loaner. I took my car and was extremely late for work. I called the Service Director to complain and I was on hold for over 30 minutes before I was hung up on. I will never return to this Lexus.

I was in the market for a new lexus is300 f sport to replace my beloved lexus gs400. I decided to go to Lexus of Rockville Centre since they have been servicing my gs400 for years. I walked into sales and was greeted by an angel.. Sales associate Dawn Stripp. She is very pleasant and down to Earth. I felt very comfortable. When it came down to doing business, she got me the best deal on a 2016 is300 f sport awd in the area! Lexus of Queens would of been highway robbery considering the numbers I was quoted for the same model.. When the car was ready for pick up, Dawn went out of her way to pick me up from home in Queens and drive me to the dealership in rush hour traffic! Now that is first class service!!! Dawn helped me. To pair my phone to the car, setting up my lexus enform subscription and going over the features of the car. The buying experience at Lexus of Rockville Centre is first class and Dawn Stripp is the sales associate of choice!! A++

This car dealership is a RIP OFF. They ask you if you can afford a certain monthly amount with a large down payment. Once you agree they pocket that money and none of it goes towards you car payment. They also will not give you a copy of all the documents sign by you. If you go to the other Lexus dealership they will give you your documents and if you have good credit nothing down with a trade in. Stop ripping us off!!!!!!

Save yourself the trouble and don't buy from Lexus in Rockville Centre. We have a Mercedes and decided to lease a car from Lexus. The preowned care came with scratches and problems with the brakes. By the second day we called to change cars. It has been MONTHS and nothing has been done. The guy taking care of our paperwork was HITTING ON my mom while she was there. The service overall is horrible. If I had the option I would give this dealership 0 stars.

If you get an oil change here, make sure you check the oil and filter yourself after the work is done to see that it actually has been changed. I took my car to a friend who is a mechanic and learned that they didn't change either. The oil was darker than night. Would you trust these scumbags to work on your car if they are going to cut corners for something as simple as this? I guess their business model revolves around creating problems down the road. Unbelievable.

My husband and I recently had some needed repairs done for our RX350 at the Lexus Dealership in Rockville Center. Our service advisor, Mr. Andy Liriano, is as always amazing! Initially when we walked in, it was very busy and Andy was with a customer. We didn t end up waiting though, the service manager, Mr. Juan Martinez, had a free moment. He spoke to us initially advising us of the situation and had a rental car waiting for us. Soon after, Andy contacted us and also advised us of the situation with our vehicle. He said that he would contact our warranty company and give us a call back. The next day, he called us and explained to us that the repairs would be covered and an adjuster from the warranty company would be coming to inspect our car in a couple days.
The rental vehicle we received was the only one available that day and it was small compared to our vehicle. My husband, kids and I were not comfortable in it. I called Andy the next day and explained the situation, I felt I was maybe being a little silly, but Andy was very understanding. He called us when one of their clients returned his/her rental the next morning, which was an RX350, and we exchanged our rental for the RX350 rental. I really appreciated that Andy did this and never made me feel like I made an unreasonable request. Having our car for many years, we were used to it and it made a world of difference.
Andy called us after the adjuster visited and told us it would take a week to get the parts, but we were fine with it, because we were comfortable in our rental. Soon after, Andy called to advise us that the parts needed to be shipped from Japan and would only arrive in approximately 3 weeks. Again, it was fine by us.
The following week, Andy called and said that the parts came in much sooner than expected and that the repairs were expedited. When we came in Monday morning to pick up our car and return the rental, Andy had our paperwork ready and it was a very quick and painless process.
Throughout the process, we were kept up to date on all that was going on and never felt we were out of the loop. I want to say that Andy has consistently provided excellent customer service on every visit we have made to the dealership. He is always smiling, friendly and very efficient. That says volumes about Andy as well as his service manager and Lexus as a company. Everyone is friendly and helpful at the dealership from the secretary to the manager, and we are appreciative of it. The dealership is always immaculate and inviting. We even received a text message from the Service Manager to make sure we were receiving excellent customer service. The high standards of the company is evident when visiting Lexus at Rockville. I am happy that I own a Lexus because I have a car that is of superior quality as well as receive exceptional customer service.

I went to test drive a Mica Lexus GS 350 but I was told by the sales rep the car had been sold. He offered a newly arrived 2013 White Lexus GS 350 which I loved but since the bwggining I had told the sales rep I was not ready to purchase but might consider. I was willing to trade my Highlander but did not think it all thru since I was giving up space for my family. When I told the rep (whom was very nice and respecful) I could not take the offer on the trade but I would think about it he told me the Financial Manager "Vinny" wanted to speak to me I went for it. Since we first looked eye to eye, "Vinny" had an attitude and was extremely rude. We went arguing back and forth and even offered me a Lexus LX or RX but I had told him my main interest was the GS and I apologized for wasting their time but I was not ready to trade my Highlander and could not afford to finance 2 vehicles. Again I wanted to test drive the car because I was interested in it for near future and I had repeated to them. He inssited rudly in selling me a car even offered me a Jeep Grand Cherokee, really? He just wanted to sell something to make month end quota. Very unfortunate people negotiate in rude ways. This was the Pre-Owned Lexus Dealer side. I agree that he was trying to do his job and I also understand that this is a business for them to make a living but he does not know how to handle himself with a customer. I could have came back when I was ready. I can come back someday because the sales rep was very helpful and the dealer is close by but if "Vinny" is on site as manager I would have to pass. Lexus is a prestigious company and they need better people that this "Vinny"

It wasn't just his knowledge of the industry, but also his ability to communicate trust when you are making a purchase for thousands of dollars.

Justin is the GUY you want to see at Lexus of Rockville. After walking in 2 hours before closing, Justin was able to help us test drive the RX350. Explore all the options and found the vehicle we wanted. Most importantly, after visiting multiple Lexus dealers in the tri-state area; he got us one of the best out of the door deal. Beating some of the most reputable sites such as Truecar, KBB, costco auto, and edmunds.

The deal was finalized the next day, it was clearly explained that I could get my own financing. We opted for toyota/lexus finances and got a decent APR%. Like anything, do your research and come prepared. At the end of the day, they're a business.

Would definitely come back to this dealership in the future. Overall, one of the smoothest transactions.

And they confirmed it by calling me back , and spoke to them back 3 hours before my appt and said yes and confirmed even their address( thru Sarah). When we arrived at exact time 2:15 pm appt time 09/04/18, receptionist didn't even know we got appt.

I was 30 minutes early for my service appt. The service/auto intake person took me in and directed me to advisor Rahman. He proceeded to review my info and the needs for my recall. He pointed me to the waiting area during the service of my vehicle. Mr. Rahman was very professional and catered to my needs. The waiting area was clean, and provided refreshments. It took an hour for my service to be completed, which was what the company stated. At the end, the auto/intake person delivered my vehicle to me and I was on my way out. *note: no one ask me to review this company or the people that work there. These employees were ACES!! Went to the extra mile to accommodate their customers. Highly recommend them. A++++

Update 9\19 - I am pleased to say that, thanks to the superb professionalism of Dawn Stripp, sales and leasing consultant, I am able to now rate this dealership with 5 stars. I challenged Dawn to change my experience from when I wrote my last review and she more than met my expectations. It was time to change my lease vehicle so I thought I would give this dealership one more chance and I am glad that I did. Even with some challenges presented by my insurance Dawn was persistent and provided assistance throughout the process. Even my experience with the after-sales, Joe Montana, was 100% better then when we purchased the last Lexus. Thank you Dawn and Joe for proving my last review wrong!!!

I am sad to say that I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. I gave 2 stars because the Lexus is an amazing car! Unfortunately I felt the experience of purchasing a car at this dealership was upsetting. We purchased a pre-owned 2017 NX for cash. We also let the salesman know that I currently have a leased RX that is about to come to an end and I wanted to sign on for a new lease. From my perspective we presented as great customers, paying cash, didn't demand too much time from salesman and knew exactly what we wanted. Sadly, the salesman didn't come through with very basic requests - we asked for a few scratches to be buffed out on the pre-owned vehicle and I did ask to throw in some maintenance with the deal. The salesman said the next person we had to deal with, the after sales guy, would be able to help us with that, so he was no help at all. The after sales guy was rude and seemed like we were annoying him since we were not interested in purchasing any of the add ons. When we picked up our car the lot was very hectic and the salesman didn't spend 5 minutes with us going over the cars features. My husband and I drove away knowing nothing about the car. Fortunately the manual was very helpful. /the scratches were not buffed out, the salesman said we could come back for that. That was less than a satisfactory answer. Of course nothing was worked out for us regarding the maintenance request. I know that I will only ever drive a Lexus again as it is an amazing car but sadly, I will have to find a less convenient dealership, where hopefully, they will appreciate our business.

I had a wonderful buying experience. Rigaud Simon is the best. He was very accomodating and explained and answered everything. I came in to buy a CPO CT200H. I did my research and came with a preapproval from my bank. Based on previous experiences with other dealership, I expected hidden fees and extra costs and terrible financing. Not here. I was pleasantly suprised. It was the best experience I have had buying a car. Exactly the price advertised and they gave me all the time I wanted to inspect the car and test drive the car. Their financing beat my banks financing.

I will be coming back for the next Lexus I get and recommending this dealership to the people I know.

I had the best experience at Lexus of Rockville Centre. I had the privilege of working with sales associate, Carlos Evertsz and he was really great. He made me feel very comfortable, and taught me all about the Lexus I was interested in. I would highly recommend him to anyone if you re interested in buying a new lexus. I went to a few other dealerships in my search of a new car and compared to all of them, Carlos really helped make this experience amazing for me. I really appreciated everyone that i worked with at lexus to help me get into my dream car. I would definitely recommend going to this dealership.

Our sales person, Sheila Mancuso, was amazing. She was courteous, professional and purple (her favorite color). We went into Lexus with the intention of test driving the NX and then go to Audi to test drive the Audi Q5 for comparison but her sales pitch was so convincing we did not need to go to Audi. We found her forthright and not pushy. She spend a lot of time explaining what the vehicle and Lexus has to offer. She has made us feel part of the Lexus family and will continue to do business or will refer customers to her without hesitation. Kudos to Sheila and thank you for making us feel special.

I will never go there ever again worst experience ever they jacked up my rim lock and when i addressed the issue they treated me like i was stupid and put the blame on me and when i called the kept blowing me off i had to call corporate on them just to get a rim lock replacement because they did nothing to help me just ignored my concerns

This was one of the Greatest experiences that I have had to date, I got one of the most amazing cars Exceptional! Speaking of Exceptional, This experience would not have been possible without Freddy Batista. Freddy is a Great Personality, Not just a Great Sales Person. Freddy is always Extremely pleasant and accommodating and I love that he knows exactly the Level of Trim that I am interested in and Never attempts to sell me on something that he knows I wouldn t like, Freddy is always interested in ensuring that the customer is happy during and after the purchase. This is my fourth Lexus and the second that I have worked with Freddy to purchase, I can truly say that Freddy brought me back to loving Lexus all over again. His communication is clear, His personality is Great and his understanding of the relationship is impeccable. Would I recommend it, I would tell anyone to go to Lexus of Rockville Centre, Ask for Freddy and you absolutely cannot go wrong!

Had a 12pm appt with Riz for maintenance, waited 25 min and he was not anywhere around for our scheduled appt. So they moved me to someone else who told me its $299 for an oil change and tire rotation on a leased car. I asked her how much each service was and its $99 for Oil change and $89 for tire rotation which does not come out to $299. Declined their service and will take my car elsewhere for an oil change. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the girl working at the receptionist desk was patient and dealing with all the stress of what seems to be a very unorganized department.

Class Act Lexus Dealership. I worked with Freddie and he was so patient and well versed. He was not pushy at all. He dressed to the nines as did all the salespeople and he put up my my very pain in the ass negotiator husband. When I picked up my car I met with Joe Montana and not the quarterback but a BIG 49ers fan, which was right up my alley! He was just as nice as all the rest of the people at this dealer. I would recommend it highly! I ll be back !

The decision to deal with Lexus of Rockville Centre was easily made after meeting and dealing with one Freddy Batista. Freddy's availability, knowledge of his product, zealousness to please a client and patience is definitely an attribute to his character as well as and asset to your establishment.
I can not wait until I am due to purchase the next vehicle and will look to work only with Mr. Batista.

Horrible experience for me. Very deceptive; grossly dishonest. Be careful they will steal your money. They will charge you very high and give you the bare minimum in the car. Maybe you will have better luck than I did, but be careful. I will never use this business again. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

Yoelis of Rockville Center Lexus was a great salesman. Knowledgeable and courteous. He was very honest and straightforward. A pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend.

Wasn t a huge fan of the sales managers but he made all the difference and compensated for their shortcomings.

The folks at Lexus are usually polite and efficien...

The folks at Lexus are usually polite and efficient and I had the same experience during this visit. The staff that move the vehicles to and from the garage are especially nice. If I have any one comment it would be better communication about what will happen to the vehicle during servicing. It's a minor issue because they will answer if asked. I will continue to use the location for servicing and purchase of vehicles.
