They got car diagnosed while I waited 2 hours just to be told it would take days. What happened to a customer service that got you in and out. When I asked for a loaner car and stated I needed to drop the car off as engine light was on, I knew that was going to be an extended service. Just give me the courtesy car and let me go. Thank you the thoroughness.
