Entire process took way too long. Salesman was not very knowledgeable. Car was insufffiently detailed. Windows were dirty, drip marks all over vehicle, glue on carpet. Original Salesperson was unwilling to assist me when I asked about what I thought was missing chrome above door. Other salesman was extremely helpful. Car re detailed. Better. Glue gone, windows cleaner, chrome issue resolved but car still had drip markes all over. Wax spray marks all under front bumper. Regular car wash did a better job. Very disappointed. My salesman has a good front but unwilling to even look into the chrome issue when I asked. Other salesman very helpful. Young salesman, Brian, was nice, personable but needs more training & should do everything it takes to satisfy a customer even after the sale.
People were professional polite and helpful. Not knowing my way around, they were understanding and positive. Will go back in the future.

I took my Chevy Tahoe To the dealer for a leaky sunroof three months later to find out the problem was never fixed took it back to the dealer for them to tell me there is another problem and they want to charge me $1200 more not to give me back the $300 in credit for what they charge me the first time that was never corrected the problem. Very unsatisfied expecaailky after i perchased and leaves 5 vehicles through them i will never come back here again!

I made a call to the service department to schedule an appointment for an oil change. I was told I was going to receive a call back with a date and time of an appointment. I never heard back from anyone so i decided to go down to the dealership since I hD the day off (traveled from Kings Park.) The man at the service desk told me I was scheduled for an appointment for Saturday. it would have been nice of someone to call me back like they said they would to tell me that. I told him I never received a call back giving me that information and the attitude he had made me feel like I was burdening them as a customer. This is my first new Chevrolet truck ever and the experience I had with this service department makes me question if I want to continue using them in the future for service or purchases. The waiting room was hot and the way they approached their customers when their vehicles were done saying "let's go" to go over their vehicle just felt so rude and unprofessional.

I came in with the ad I got form the paper, I'm no fool I know most people won't qualify for those amazing deals, it's bait to get you in and into a car and once you got that new car smell in your nose, they "sell" you a car, this is how it works, let's not pretend it's not. Of course I was willing to accept this, they have to make their money, their not in the business of giving away cars out of charity or good will but I figured my down payment and excellent credit would get me into the truck I wanted for at least close to the ad price, maybe somewhere in between. Boy was I wrong! The initial payment price and down payment was more then 50% and 75% more respectively then the advertised price. Yeah they worked it down a little bit, it's all part of the game but I still passed, too rich for my blood I suppose.
Dealt with Ben, he was awesome. All the employees were friendly. The F&I Manager was top notch and had a pretty good sense of humor . Was a very pleasant experience overall. I would definitely shop here again.

atlantic chevrolet blows. i made a service appt two weeks in advance, told the service guy on the phone the exact problem. there was a factory campaign to fix the trunk release on my 2013 cruze, which would open on its own when the car was unattended. he gives me an appointment for 2 weeks after i called, and when i get there they take my car and i wait. first they tell me there is no campaign, they never heard of the problem. everybody that has a 2011-2013 cruze/mailbu/lucerne has the problem . google it. . i give him the campaign number. oh yeah, there it is. then tell me they don't have the part, it has to be ordered. they didn't order it when i made the appointment? what was the purpose of the appointment, to waste my time and piss me off? make sure you do all the work ahead of time that they should have done, or you will be screwed.

I was not too pleased about my overall experience at Atantic Chevy in Bayshore. I visited them a few weeks ago (it was my first day looking at cars). Was greeted by a salesman that showed me a few cars. At the end of my visit he gave me his cell # and told me to contact him this way if I needed anything. I came home went back on the website and saw an Equinox that I was interested in I text the salesman and told him which day I would be in to look at it. Moving forward when I got to Atlantic Chevy and wanted to see the Equinox it seem that the sales man was steering me in another direction to look at a 2011 Honda ( i was not interested). I finally left after being there for about an hour and half. ( after he kind of left me smdnstarted helping another customer)I had a few other questions about my choices in vehicle's. I text him again and his response was when he gets to the office he Wil look into and contact me back. Needless to say IM STILL WAITING FOR HIM TO GET BACK IN THE OFFICE. There are way to many dealership and I NOT chase after anyone who is not interested in my business. So since Neil @ Atlantic Chevy is so busy and does not need my business you don't have to worry about me every coming back to give you my business. My money is green and works at any other dealership who shows interest in their customers!!! So Atlantic Chevy I give u a big FAT "F" for customer SERVICE. Word of my goes far and believe me I would not recommend anyone to do business with you......

Brought my 2016 Chevrolet SS in to have a TSB performed on the brakes for brake squeal. Correct parts were ordered, they came in when they said they would come in, and the TSB was performed in a couple of hours. Got my car back and everything was perfect. Can't really ask for more, my experience with the service department was very pleasant.

If you are in the Market For a Chevy, You Need to see Kristin Loos at Atlantic Chevy! Not only was she super friendly, she got me the deal of a lifetime! She truly went to Bat for me. She was recommended to me by someone else and i can now see why. I literally went to Three other dealerships, spoke to several other sales representatives- NO one came Close to what Kristin was able to accomplish! I did a search on the Cadillac website for dealer who had in stock a 2020 CT6-V. Found Atlantic Cadillac in Long Island, 130 miles away from me. I spoke to the sales manager Dan Kaczmarczyk by phone, and put the sale numbers together. I went over the details of what I was expecting to do the deal when I arrived, and take the car home the same day. I was greeted by sales woman Nadia DiDonato who handled all aspects of the sale very well. Mohamed Elfar put together the papers with the extended warranty. The Cadillac technician prepared the car, and the detail people did a great job. I was very happy with the entire process at the dealership everything went smoothly. I drove the car back to Connecticut and enjoyed a nice dinner with my family!
Why does it take 2 hours for an oil change when they give you a specific time appointment? It's not like it's high tech. Oh yeah the "27 point" inspection.....sure.
I was pleasantly greeted by the gentleman at the drive thru area and after explaining to him that I needed to speak with the service manager in regards to my maintenance service, he was kind enough to make sure I spoke to servicemanager. Everyone was courteous and kept with the Covid19 regulations.

Always a problem with or making appointment. Made a waiting appointment for the 8:15 not drop off. Simply wanted an LOF and Have CEL scanned, simple. Apparently not was told I had to leave car and just for scanning code $150 dollars. I wasn t requesting diag just pull code. Did not even get to see advisor Dennis he sent the valet to talk to us. I ve been going to you for years unfortunately not anymore.

Disappointing experience. I pulled up to the service area and was ignored because the food truck was in the vehicle drop off area. When finally somebody at knowledged and he pulled up and got out of my car where A man who is writing up the service ticket spotted a scratch on my door and instead of saying something like I need to check the vehicle for damage before we take it he just said see I can spot everything nothing gets by me. So it wasn t pleasant to be made to feel like I did a bad thing. Once my car was done I was walked to the cashier and was told goodbye and was left to find my car in a big lot by myself. Then the same man who checked me and told me he would get my car and he got my car and then Put his hand out for a tip. Here s a tip how about you treat me like an adult.
I had a coupon so price was reasonable, only took 1 1/2 hours for maintenance appt so I was pleased.
I am disappointed that they were unable to fix my 8 month old Chevy Blazer. They have to order the parts and it could take up to 2weeks. Meanwhile the engine light is on and the Brake assist comes on when you step on the brakes. And the car jerks Everytime you step on the brakes. It took 12 days to get the appointment and I hope it's not a 12 day wait to get it fixed once the part comes in. I asked if the car was safe to drive like this and they said It should be. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, but that doesn't solve the problem. C. Kessler

I had a great experience buying a used Jeep from Atlantic Chevrolet. Everyone I worked with was friendly and pleasant from the person answering the phone to the salesman and loan officer. I didn t feel pressured in anyway to make a purchase through them. My concerns and thoughts were listened to and acknowledged through the process. I chose to give 4 instead of 5 stars only because I was only given one key for the vehicle and the lock button on the key doesn t work. I didn t realize this at the time of course. I ordered a reasonably priced replacement key online as suggested by the salesman. I haven t received it yet but it looks like I m going to have to pay a Jeep dealership or locksmith to program the new key because I only have one currently.
Trying to buy a truck and getting the run around. Called in yesterday, gave my trade in info, told the sales women what I was looking for, my expectations and goals, she said "okay great, we're really busy today so I'll have a manager reach out to you tomorrow to discuss details of your deal". Next day, My sales consultant isn't working, I received no call. When I called in it felt very much so that my business wasn't important. My goal isn't to tear Atlantic Chevrolet a new one.... but can someone take the initiative? You have a customer in front of you looking to hand you money. If the truck isn't available anymore, great. Tell me, I'm shopping nationwide, I understand with the current used car market that they're here today gone tomorrow. Honesty is the easiest method. "Hey Mr. Customer, the vehicle you were looking at was sold last night and hasn't come off our inventory. If you'd provide some additional info as to what you're looking for I'd be happy to see what we have coming in or even check the availability for me to get your next perfect new to you vehicle for you!" I understand that sales consultants are looking for the low hanging fruit and if the customer is already working with another consultant they don't want to touch the deal because it ties up time for a half a deal, which may or may not be a "mini". I'd rather have half a sale than nothing. Taking care of your customers needs should be higher on your priority list.
Between 2 or 3 years ago it was a great place to buy or lease a car, my dad got 4 SUV from here but now, a lot of new faces, same boss and changes. My sales person quit, my service advisor quit too; so since then I m deep on Sh.. with this dealership. Warranty and extended warranty doesn t cover almost anything and every time that something break for no reason on my 12 Equinox Lt 4 Cyl. I have to pay a $100 deductible Nice right? In less than a year I had so far: New engine New transmission New Rotors and Brake Pads And still making noises, service just told me what I told them, I m a mechanic so I know well my car and this is not my first one by the way. That s why a for hundreds of reasons customers affairs considered this dealer and GM not a good car buying option. I wish I could update pictures too.
The worst experience ever. The staff are rude, pushy, and are never direct when answering questions. The staff also try to put the blame on the driver for any minor inquirery about the car. I am never going back to that place ever.

I had an add with a specified price. The only rebate I did not qualify for was a $750. Prior lease customer. Therefore price should have been ...add price plus $750. Salesman Frank Gentile told I I did not qualify for that price because I did not qualify for the rebate. He said that I needed to work at an associate company such as target to qualify. Then raised the price $4600. Also, he gave me a trade in price for my vehicle. He told me he would honor it. Then I was told the vehicle appraiser said my vehicle was the cleanest ,best trade in he has ever seen, lowered his offer by $2400. I feel that this is fraudulent advertising and Frank Gentile was not honest and trustworthy. I would never purchase any vehicle from him. Nowhere on ther paperwork (add) was there a statement about associate company rebates. Frank could not show me where. I will not recommend any purchase from ATLANTIC CADILLAC. I had 2 issues with my recent service visit. The first problem I had was that I wanted to redeem My Chevy Rewards towards my service. The girls at the desk and the guy who wrote my bill both told me they didn't know how to redeem the points. The guy who wrote the bill told me that the program was "too new" and that I couldn't redeem my points. Even though he gave me a 10% discount, I was still disappointed because an oil change that was supposed to be very little, or even free ended up costing me $68 dollars. The second issue I had was when I got in my car, there was oil inside on the consul. (I have a picture to prove it.). I spoke with the customer service manager secretary and she gave me a free carwash coupon for a local car wash. However, when I brought the issue to their attention, they told me that I couldn't prove that those oil marks were from them. This was after I was already told I couldn't use my points on my service. They eventually cleaned the oil inside my car, and then had the nerve to remind me that when I receive the survey, if I don't answer every question completely satisfied, then it will go against the dealership. I simply replied that I would not be answering completely satisfied because of the troubles I had. I am also considering changing dealerships because this is the second time I went to this dealership for service and had an issue.

Went looking for a 2021 Bolt unfortunately they had none in stock, however Angel was very helpful and showed us the new corvette ( unfortunately already sold so unable to look in side). Took us for a test drive in the new Suburban which Changed my on the Bolt
