I did not stay but attend an event in the conference room. Good service and organization.

It's a classic intercontinental. It's a big hotel with big rooms and everything it should be. Outdoor pool area is nice with a bar but the best is the very well equipped gym. Sorry no photos of that you will just have to trust me.

Excellent Hotel in Athens. Strategically located not very far from city center, next to Metro station. With good ambience, spacious and comfortable rooms , excellent service , truly an intercontinental..

Didnt like the hotel. Food in the hotel is incredibly expensive. Swimming pool is not open from September onwards. Spa services extra charge of 20 EUR per day. Surrounding area doesnt feel too safe. Staff are helpful and attentive though.

I wouldnt stay here again - due to inhouse food expensive and location.

This hotel exceeded our expectations by far, not only were the staff attentive, curteous and polite but they also anticipated our needs and nothing was ever too much to ask. From the front desk reception to concierge to house keeping staff we have nothing but praise to give for their exceptional customer service. The hotel itself is magnificent with spacious rooms, a gorgeous pool area with sun beds on 2 floors and a fantastic gym. Breakfast was incredible and exactly what we needed to fuel us for the busy days of exploring. In addition to the amazing hotel experience they also provide a free shuttle bus taking guests to and from the city centre throughout the day. This five star hotel made our trip an unforgettable one and we look forward to revisiting in the future :)

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms. The staff is very attentive to give the best attention. It has a shuttle service to the city center every 30 or 60 minutes. Which solves the room issue.

Very expensive for this rather average hotel, poorly soundproofed room and not very safe. On the other hand super breakfast, and room vast.

Too pricey for us - 50 Euro for a slice of cake & a ice tea

The Family Rooms here are super spacious. The rooptop restaurant and bar is also a good place to unwind. Highly recommended location if staying in Athens.

Good and expensive hotel for business men, not for family with kids, not for romantic couples, perfect for business men

A very nice five star hotel in the center of Athens. The hotel can provide everything from a conference room to a spa and a chew. The rooms are large enough with a double bed and I enjoyed a comfortable mattress. The breakfast buffet is big without having anything special. The staff very helpful.

Great hotel to stay in with excellent free shuttle bus to the city centre. Bar is quite overpriced though, which forces people to drink outside. Also, would be nice to have mixed sauna and steam room as families don't want to be split up whilst on holiday.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Rooftop restaurant and bar have superb view of the Acropils and Temple of Zeus. Location not so great though if wanting to stroll about.

Well this is just a Global chain hotel .. However! the thing that makes this place special is the staff.. they were amazing!.. Everyone couldn't be more helpful.. from reception right through to the women who cleaned the rooms.. I've now decided that in terms of friendlyness, the people of Athens are right up there with the Scots..

Upon arriving to the hotel we are created by a magestuous lobby, modern, bright. I was lucky to be upgraded to a new suite , by far one of the best rooms I have stayed in for some time now. Clean, modern, equipped, confortable, quiet. Only good to say. The staff was also super kind and nice all across: desk, restaurant, bar, cleaning. Bravo everyone.

Very good location and very nice pool . Breakfast is amazing . I give 2 stars as I had bedbugs in my bed. Unacceptable for this type of hotel .

Good location in the city, both for public transport and places of interest.

Very good hotel, the only drawback that is a bit far from the action in the center, but the hotel solves this by shuttle bus every hour and with a long line of taxis waiting outside the hotel.
The staff immediately services, the rooms are large and spacious. Breakfast is tasty and varied, see attached pictures.
There are no places of entertainment, restaurants or pubs in the area, but these are within a 5-minute taxi ride (about 5 euros in the direction)

4-, for a small water bottle!!!!! They sell the water 500 ml in a plastic bottle and without even giving you a glass 4-, !!!!!! This is insane in a country where water bottles cost 0,30 to 0,50 EVERYWHERE. But they copy countries like Italy probably where you pay really a lot for WATER - if you want it for free you can stand in the rain and gather it!!!!

I didn't love the location of this hotel. I stayed in an Airbnb in the city center of Athens after this hotel and enjoyed it much more. This hotel is great for you if you want to feel like you're on vacation in a place not so different from America, and you want to feel comfortable. I felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel and most of the staff were easy to work with, but it does not give you the Greece experience I got at the Airbnb. This all boils down to personal preference!
The breakfast is half off if you tell them you want it the day before, so definitely do that. It's a delicious buffet with plenty of choices for a fair price if you book it early.

Very nice! A little out of the main area, but very nice!

WiFi is not free, only if you join the "ICH CLUB" thing you'll get free 1mbit (in 2017). Or you'll have to pay 6euros per day for the same turtle speed. No one will tell you about this club thingy although it's free.

Rooms are clean but sometimes you'll face minor technical issues like a clogged sink or burnt bulbs. They'll fix it for you anyways but it happens a little bit more often.

Great location. High quality staff,rooms,and restaurant. Great interior. Supermarket within a 15 min walk. Metro within 10 minutes. Much higher value for money than hotels across the main road in front. Noisy nearby clubs.

A venerable hotel with great public places for meetings and restaurants with great service. Strategically located in Athens, it is easily reachable from any direction and offers great views of the Acropolis and other wonderful sights of Athens.

Hotel looks great and service and staff are wonderful but if you are looking for a room facing the Acropolis, I would recommend requesting a higher floor for a more unobstructed view. You may or may not get a higher floor depending on room type and time of year.

Excellent service. Staff are always willing to help with whatever you want. I was very pleased with my stay there and I would recommend it absolutely! The hotel provides a free shuttle that takes you to Syntagma to explore the city game!

The rooms are big, service is great, internet - the basics - is unfortunately very bad, disfunctional, slow and brings your work to a halt.

This is a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the hotel was very clean. The room is a decent size and the bathroom is very large. It is within walking distance of the Acropolis and the Plaka neighborhood. I definitely recommend it.

4 stars for very spacious rooms, 2 stars because breakfast does not provide Mediterranean flavors and we have stayed in the American Breakfast season, 1 star for empty rooms, 5 stars for spa and facilities, 1 star for the location but no they can do something about it. Generally, I am forced to stay there and I miss the warmth of Ledra Marriott that is past.
