Clean and renovated, excellent breakfast, great staff, my room was spacious with a glimpse of acropolis
Nice but expensive place. Very nice and large auditoriums for events. Limited parking spaces in a quite difficult area to find parking around.
The evaluation concerns only the Premiere restaurant located in the hotel.
Visit the last days of dine athens with a prefixed menu at 60 euros / person. Previous visit was 4 years ago in a (then) unforgettable and excellent 5 star experience. This time, both the level of service and taste varied on the level of "very good", always judging very strictly as a top restaurant, trying to (unsuccessfully) get its first Michelin star. Some dishes stand out, some not so. I distinguished myself perfectly for the dish with ravioli mushrooms and crayfish in banana marsh. The hanging tender is deliciously weak, while the dessert just good. The 2 glasses of Skoura Estate wine that accompanied the menu at the '' bottom shelf of capacity '', probably not so suitable to support a high standard menu. The service can be improved in details, the previous time reminded Swiss clock accuracy and English lord's courtesy. We paid an Alpha Bank card and we also received a 10% discount. Overall a very nice experience with a magnificent view and a relaxing environment that hardly anyone will say no.
Very friendly staff, impeccable room, wide selection for breakfast and above all excellent cuisine
Have spend a couple of hours for a meeting at the lobby, nice place.
I have no room experience and the rest of the services.
Very nice place, good for meetings, big conference rooms, lot of space for groups

Overall great experience. Excellent customer service.
We were here on our honeymoon. We were offered an upgrade for about 80 euro. The upgrade includes a better room with Acropolis view and access to the club where there is open bar 5pm to 8pm, breakfast is included, among a few other things. Originally we were told dinner buffet was included but the restaurant told us that was not the case. When we mentioned this to the front desk, they promptly removed the upgrade charge.
The room was clean and had all the amenities. The pressure and temperature of the shower was excellent. We were also given champagne for our honeymoon.
During midnight we were woken up by some loud guests who were smoking in the adjoining room. The security officer promptly responded to our concern and changed our room to non-smoking. We really appreciated his willingness to help resolve the situation. If you do not smoke, confirm before check-in. The hotel is working on making all rooms non-smoking in the future. Hotel also has option for late check out.
Acropolis is about 25 mins walk away. The hotel offers a shuttle that drops you off near Acropolis. Lots of restaurants and dessert shops near Acropolis. If you walk back to hotel make sure to walk on the side of where the hotel is. You cannot cross the Main Street near the hotel.
Our home away from home...been going there over 25 years ....the best of the best in Greece...nothing even comes near the overall picture...worth every penny and than some!!!!
Excellent staff. Better rooms post renovation. Steady wifi. A bit off central Athens but coach brings you right into the centre almost every hour
5-star service and room, in line with the 5 star hotel reputation
Very decent hotel. Rooms are very comfortable, but a bit dated. Otherwise everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
Of the most beautiful hotels in Athens for relaxation and good food.
Satisfied with the facilities and location, but dissatisfied with basic security such as security. A backpack bag was stolen four weeks ago while waiting for a taxi in the hotel lobby. I checked the hotel's security camera, but I couldn't get my bag back after theft was confirmed. The security check process is also slow to respond ... I don't want to use it next time.
Super European hotel! Super gentle stuff. The club was perfect with an astonishing view of the parthenon. I would go again. Definitely!
Ok hotel but not at all close to anything nice. Coffee in the lobby was close to $10 and right outside the entrance there s great coffee for $1.50.
Overvalued, unreasonably priced, in need of a lift and utterly boring
It's all spectacular. The cleanliness, the comfort, the spaciousness of space. Very nice rooms. Luxurious bb without being presumptuous. The only less attractive point is the surrounding public space being run down, run down and dirty, like several areas in Athens, unfortunately. However the neighborhoods of Plaka and Monasteriki are a quaint charm and typical and traditional foods. It is worth visiting these neighborhoods and shopping for souvenirs there, at quite attractive prices.
Clean Spa facilities, good variety of services, kind and helpful stuff, ok prices.

I have stayed for five days taking part in a congress. The hotel offers nice rooms for meetings in different sizes. For this price-level, catering and quality of the food in general was disappointing. Often you find missing details you don't expect in a hotel like this. For example: during lunch they offer dessert in a glas, but the spoons they place next to it aree too big to fit in the glas. Etc.
Sourrounding of the hotel is not very nice, rather poor and not very pretty.
High end hotel.. Nice drinks on roof bar with the acropolis view.. A bit pricy though..also breakfast buffet is quite nice and has a couple od nice greek pastries
Great view of Acropolis from our suite. Club staff are fantastic, did everything possible for our son's dietary needs. Really enjoyed our stay here.
This is a very convenient place. And plus, its very near to the airport!
A little bit old, not the usual standard of intercontinental hotels
Best place to stay in Athens especially if you're Muslim since the bathrooms have a bidet. Close to metro and has a shuttle leaving every 30 mins for syntagma square
Excellent hotel, hospitable noble and helpful staff and the amazing menu. At Christmas time, the decor is gorgeous and the stay unforgettable.
Excellent hotel to stay in the heart of Athens. A very beautiful hotel with great amenities and beautiful restaurants and the staff are super amazing and professional at their jobs. Beds are super comfy too..
Excellent service from the staff , great location !!
Beautiful, clean, attentive staff and a wonderful breakfast buffet
Inconvenient location and a bit dated but the rooms are large, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing.
Super hotel! Big rooms, clean bathrooms, very good food. An international touch of the food and dessert. Super big rooms for conferences. Good location, very close to Acropolis and Syntagma square.
The hotel and Service was quite good. Except the surrounding and the WiFi. The WiFi was very Bad during the conference and in the rooms. IT is quite near to the Akropolis but the Arena directly around the hotel is in a Not good condition. The meals where ery good.
A little difficult to access if you come from the city center
Prohibitively expensive minibar prices
Breakfast ok but not exceptional (cheap cold cuts, "fake" bacon)
Very good bedding
Spacious rooms with possible views of the Parthenon
Nice view of the bar from the 10th floor
QUALITY OF SERVICE AND BENEFITS BETWEEN THE PERIOD OF DECADE.
A place with a high level of aesthetics and great luxury. A cultured environment that calls for and corresponding behavior. Polite personnel. As many times as I went there was a pianist who played discreetly. In my opinion it is ideal for business meetings and "calm" conversations with friends and acquaintances.
Great stay at the InterContinental. The hotel has a spacious lobby and the room we stayed in was also very spacious and well kept. We used the hotel's free shuttle service which goes to and leaves from Syntagma Square. This allows for easy access to the main attractions in Athens even though the hotel is located outside of the main area. Would definitely stay here again.
Good views of the Acropolis if lodged on the appropriate side of the hotel. Very courteous staff. Good restaurants. Buffet bteakfast highly recommended. Shuttle bus to the city centre from where one can walk to all the main Athena sites. Wheel chair access to rooms and restaurant.
Excellent service Excellent Excellent Bed Excellent food friendly at all
