Hotel in a super nice location
Staff not very friendly
I was refused a smoking room and asked to pay for an upgrade if i want to get one..weird for such a high class hotel reputation

In general they serve customers in a bery nice way, but the reception employees weren t flexible as other hotels maybe because of the hotel roles

Hotel is ok but the area it is, is very old and broken type houses.

Not the easiest location to get to, but great place to stay. Very clean and amenities are abundant. We got the breakfast ,lunch, and bar for 150 euros. Great value. Awesome service and large rooms.

Good business hotel, there is some highway sound. And spire ambassadors don't get lounge access, as the ihg program is somewhat inconstant from hotel to hotel. Friendly staff and quick service to the room

A very grandiose, quality hotel for those who love the feeling of a continuous stream of life. Convenient connections to historical sites, the city center, cultural and carnal entertainment. Alas, there are no decent taverns nearby, but authentic Greek cuisine is one of the main attractions of the country. The residential area nearby is very reminiscent of communist barracks. So I recommend walking not by him, but in the Old Town, which is called Plaka. Here you can find the coveted taverns.

Great hotel in a good location. Not very central but they do offer their guests a free shuttle to the centre of Athens. If we could get a great deal on the hotel again then we would consider to stay here in the future too

We stayed at the club level. Reasonable selection in lounge. Very nice room with good space, good comfort and standard. Well equipped tea / coffee corner + minibar.

Great place. Central.30 min walk to the Acropolis .

To the standard you would expect with an intercontinental, the rooms are very nice and the staff helpful. The breakfast was excellent. It s in a good location for the main tourist attractions, and offers a free shuttle to the acropolis, although it s only a 30 min walk away, so didn t use it.

The room are well equipped and there's enough space.
The food is good and the breakfast is very reach and tasty (unlike most of European hotels breakfast).
I give it only 4 and not 5 because of the bad location, nothing much to do or places to eat outside.

Very nice hotel located close to alot of nearby attractions. The mattress was unnecessarily hard and lumpy. The staff we're all friendly and speak English well.

Comfortable and luxurious environment with many conference rooms and entertainment options

Overall a great place to stay in Athens the rooms are large and several have views of the Acropolis. There's also a nice pool, truly a full service place to stay. The location is probably not the best with some busy through fares nearby but it's a quick Uber ride to anything.

Service was amazing, but the rooms need upgrade. Food was tasty. Breakfast was a bit pricy 32 euro per person. Picture was taken from the rooftop bar/restaurant.

I like his spa for this we went and the rooms internally his suites. Shared spaces are very minimal with << artwork >> that is not at all nice but is clean. Generally I'm not crazy, once you go and you've seen it all. Room service wants training because athletes make special nutrition and have to bring the orders as we ask for them.

A hotel with a central location. Top services, equipped conference rooms, fine dining restaurants, bars, gym, SPA etc. The main occupation of the staff - the cleanliness and the comfort of the guests. Thank you. We return again and recommend with all the warmth!

Proving that even with an older building hotels can still style their rooms and public spaces to feel modern and luxurious.

Friendly staff and service. Rooms are large and spacious. Good breakfast spread. Internet is complimentary for guests. Good location with access to public transportation around the corner and there's a market close by.

Good hotel withing walking distance of the Acropolis. The air conditioning wasn't quite enough to overcome the heat.
