Very very old style... rooms are okeish, food service very slow and over priced... a shame... location not bad since they do have a shuttle bus but service and amenities are like in the 80s...

Terrible. Very high prices for extremely mediocre snacks and beverages.

The look of the hotel is great however; there are some draw backs. The hotel is situated in a less than nice looking area. It is a good ways from the center of town. At least they have a shuttle that will take you there for free. I recommend not taking a room on the first floor because of the view. Despite the high price charged to stay here, they still "nickel and dime" you. You have to pay to use the tv, if you borrow an power adapter and for the mini bar and snacks and there is no radio in the rooms. They don't tell you how to use the lights. It turns out you have to leave your card key in the slot by the door in order to use the outlets and most of the lights.( I hope that is not extra).

Excellent venue for Seminars, Conferences and more. Rooms are amazing, variety of restaurants and cafes, try the restaurant on the last floor! Spectacular view!!!(check hours they are open though first).

Very good hotel, had a great staying there albeit short (only 2 nights). Clean rooms and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. Location is central enough to the city center and to the Acropolis. There is a shuttle going to the city center every hour (Syntagma Square).

Not far away from Acropolis and the center of the city. The professionalism and kindness of all the staff are exceptional. Dinning in the restaurant on the roof garden is an unforgettable experience and the view to the Acropolis hill is stunning!

Great customer service. Pretty good WiFi speed. Typical IHG style rooms. King bed with firm and soft pillows. The fan on the AC provided white noise all night. Nice sculptures in the common areas. Long ride from the airport but pretty good location in Athens. Nice amenities and room service. Room has a TV but never turned it on.

Rooms are really big and clean, Amenities in the room are great.
No special views and some rooms are really long walking distance.

Great safe location, 15 minutes walk into the city center, located near bakeries, shops, cinema and many other places.

The rooms are a bit old, but the rest of the hotel is OK. The location is perfect, just 20 mins walking from the acropolis.

Excellent in everything! There is nothing that does not have (apart from the sea)! Staff are courteous and willing to serve you at any time! Upon arrival you understand what QUALITY means! It is for those who appreciate the excellent quality of service!

Very nice hotel, good location and quiet. Only 20 minutes walking distance from the old city center of Athens and the popular shopping streets. The breakfast in the hotel was amazing, with huge variety of food and drinks, local greek products, everything very fresh. The coffee shop was very classy too. Gym is not big but well equipped and the pool is quite good. Really recommend this place!

Frankly if I had a second trip to Athens, I would not have lived there

Rooms are not very new. Service is good . spa is okay. Great massage. It is excellent for a business trip when you want to stay close to the center but also not exactly too close.

One of the superior and the best of the best in Athens. I am speaking from my experience in late 80th. We used to hung out with friends. The service is impeccable. Used to enjoy the bar lounge to relax. I miss those golden years.

Very comfy rooms but the food we were offered was not very varied nor good. Breakfast is good except for the charcuteri.

We were very pleased. We were given rooms with an interior door which was fantastic. Very large rooms, new and clean. What else could we ask for.

It all depends on the event coordinator. As far as the services provided by the hotel, it is nothing less of what one should expect...just perfect

Hotel rather nice. Very friendly breakfast staff. By cons to rest rather difficult. Room 142 not renovated probably located near the laundry. Noises from washing machines, dry clothes or other, trolleys, a good part of the night. 14/04/2019 Room 148 engine noises, washing machine ... at 3am. 15/05/2019 Room 937 superb, very spacious.

The shuttle service to the center is useful and convenient. Nice room and good service. Too bad that water and breakfast at really excessive prices!

5 star hotel. Up to now could not find something I dislike.
