My customer service representative was outstanding...

My customer service representative was outstanding and most professional. Carlos did an excellent job explaining all the options that were available to me that assisted my decision of the product I purchased.

I have no problem recommending this location to family and friends!

DO NOT BUY A PHONE HERE!!! Chris transferred my old phone to my new phone and I did not discover that my photo's did not transfer until the next day. Called Deshaun, the manager, who told me he still had the phone and pic's with him at the Symrna store and would bring it to the mall that night.
Not only did he not do that, he did not have the professionalism to notify me so I wouldn't drive 45 minutes to the mall. When I called him he said my phone no longer had the pictures so I must have been the one to wipe it clean, even though he is the one who had possession of my phone. Unbelievable! When I went to the Apple store in the mall to see if they could recover my photo's (the couldn't) they said they had people coming in all the time to try to fix the mistakes of that AT&T kiosk store at the Christiana Mall. My rate is -1,000,000! Oh, and asked to have the franchise owner's name and contact info and no one would give it to me, including Mall Management. I

I went to this AT&T reseller store and was convinced to sign up for AT&T TV streaming service. Before agreeing to sign up, I asked the salesperson several times about the terms as the package required a two year contract. My primary question to him was what the rate will be in the second year. He repeatedly told me that the rate will be the same as the first year. So I signed up. When I looked at the email confirmation of my order, the terms stated that the second year rate will be $93 per month, way up from the $59 (actually, I specified the $49 package but the order written was for $59) I signed up for. This was actually confirmed by a salesperson in AT&T s corporate store in the mall nearby. I went back to the reseller and returned the equipment that came with the streaming service. Either the reseller salesperson do not have good knowledge about the service contract being sold or just willfully dishonest just to conclude a sale. When I talked to the manager, he avoided responsibility and said he was not around when I signed up. Very disappointed and upset. Be wary when dealing with this reseller.

Store was packed on a Saturday morning, and the reps moved everyone along in pretty good time. The rep I had was friendly, very helpful, and got us thru in a reasonable time. My neighbor's questions about what he needed for his BYO phone were answered, he got his SIM card, she installed it, and we were good to go!

"WORST SERVICE EVER"

We bought 2 iphones XR in a BOGO offer and I have ported my number from another service to At&T as my friend already has AT&T. They din't have the specific color that I want in the store so they ordered one for me and gave another one to my friend right away.

Next day I have got a message that I will receive my phone in the evening but no one came and I have got an email that your order was cancelled so I went to the store next day and there was a different guy and I had explained everything to him.

That guy has no idea of their own process and their own OPUS system that they proudly use and gave different reasons that you were not at home, or there is some wrong information in the account. He tried calling the customer care and didn't know his own details to bypass the authentication.

So I had to leave that day after spending around 2 hours and then next day again, same story, their system messed up - that's what he's been saying all the time. He again called the customer care and then calling his manager to know what's going on.
I literally spent 2 hours again next day and haven't gotten anything and in the end he asked to go to another store in Newark because the guy who took my order on Saturday works there.

It's been 5 days and I have been going over and over again and they are just turning me down. I wish I did not port my number from T-mobile to AT&T.

I love going here! I always feel welcomed and know that my opinions and personal preferences are actually listened too. So many places you go too they treat you like just a number. But not here! They treat you like Family! A special thank you to the manager Vanessa, the other night she spent hours making sure that I was getting the best out of my account, and showed me personally how to use my phone! I will always come here! #CustomerForLife!

Didn't even know this store existed, but I am sooo glad I found it! Had a wonderful experience with Jake at this store. Just a really smooth transaction and excellent customer service. Glad to make the switch from Verizon. Won't hesitate to come back!

Morgan who works here is a ditz, she didn't seem to have answers for any of our questions, she seemed to have kept nodding out; maybe She celebrated NYE a little too early. She even had to be told by another employee to pull our account up, like, what? You should already know to do that after we tell you why we are here. Needless to say, we left with nothing and specifically told them we would come back another time when someone with more knowledge and consideration would be working. Hopefully better luck next time.

So happy with my experience at this store. I didn t have my mind made up if I wanted an Apple product or droid product. Andy was very welcoming and knowledgeable and was able to tell me about each product the store offered. He was extremely friendly and I will definitely be coming back!

When I came in to the store, I spoke with Andy. He was very professional, greeting me instantly as I walked through the door to provide assistance. He was very friendly and patient with all of my questions and explained everything so thoroughly! I m really happy with my experience switching to AT&T because of Andy!

This process has been a bait and switch with so ma...

This process has been a bait and switch with so many hidden fees and broken promises. I should have stayed with T-Mobile! I was given misinformation a half dozen times! ATT representatives told me on two different occasions that my son who is out of state could go into a store and so long as he is an authorized user he could set up his account there. Instead they ported his number prematurely and he cannot be authorized in their system for 30 days!!
Then they sent me a preview of my ongoing monthly charges and they did not give me any of the autopay credits or additional line credits I was supposed to receive. The bill is $100 a month higher than expected. T-Mobile offers a plan with the same number of lines, unlimited everything, MORE international access and same hotspot for significantly cheaper.
Bad move on my part!

Went for store pickup and the lady employee opened up and box and activated the phone (iphone x ) without my permission . And she was trying to sell apple watch with the phone even i said i already have one, after that her reaction was too worst and she didnt even listen to what i am saying. Simply handed me receipt and left to see other customer.

REALLY THIS STORE DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS, HOW DOES ATT HIRE SUCH IDIOTS.

This is the worst company on 4g internet! I cant even send a 2 second vocal! They text me told me nothing is wrong with ur internet! I have bought this sim card because thats the only option I had at the airport! At a download speed 0.12!!!

This is the best experience I have ever encountered in a retail store. I was waited on immediately in a very friendly and professional manner.When I need help with any information or advise about my phone I will travel to this store with my business.
