"WORST SERVICE EVER"

We bought 2 iphones XR in a BOGO offer and I have ported my number from another service to At&T as my friend already has AT&T. They din't have the specific color that I want in the store so they ordered one for me and gave another one to my friend right away.

Next day I have got a message that I will receive my phone in the evening but no one came and I have got an email that your order was cancelled so I went to the store next day and there was a different guy and I had explained everything to him.

That guy has no idea of their own process and their own OPUS system that they proudly use and gave different reasons that you were not at home, or there is some wrong information in the account. He tried calling the customer care and didn't know his own details to bypass the authentication.

So I had to leave that day after spending around 2 hours and then next day again, same story, their system messed up - that's what he's been saying all the time. He again called the customer care and then calling his manager to know what's going on.
I literally spent 2 hours again next day and haven't gotten anything and in the end he asked to go to another store in Newark because the guy who took my order on Saturday works there.

It's been 5 days and I have been going over and over again and they are just turning me down. I wish I did not port my number from T-mobile to AT&T.
