Really fun and entertaining, but food and souvenir...
Really fun and entertaining, but food and souvenirs are pretty pricey.

First time there, great venue to see a concert. Haven't been to other events, but will definite go back there. Easy access, greasy parking staff & security.
Nice place!! Had an amazing time at the R Kelly concert!!!
I'm so glad graduation ceremonies are held here; it's nice and air conditioned, with great seats. Hockey is about the only other thing that brings me in.
Clean and easy to get around in there. Seats are kinda tiny but then they're trying to cram enough seats to sell as many tickets as they can.
The arena itself was fine it was the organization that was horrible. We went there for the graduation of Cal State University San Bernardino class of 2019. It seemed that all of the entrances to the arena parking lot were closed but one and the traffic was backed up for miles. I don't know why there wasn't more access to the parking lot. We were an hour early but because we had to wait in all this traffic, we were only there 10 minutes prior to the commencement. This makes me wonder if it's always like this and if they're keeping people from making it on time to other events.
The show was great, Jeff Dunnham. There was a big screen that made you feel like you were closer than you were. But getting into the place was horrible! Two lanes turned to one without warning. Give yourself more time than you could possibly need.
We went to see Jeff Dunham here. We had really good seats. Only one problem. If you are tall, not much leg room at all. Also if you are a person of size, you will not have much wiggle room. If you are tall and a person of size, Good Luck to you. Not comfortable at all.
The acoustics are not great for different bands performing in the same event. The highs and lows are not differentiated well example, the keyboard riffs in much of the different acts this evening where drowned out. No EQ or mixing of live entertainment.
I went to my granddaughters graduation. They charge you 10 dollars to park.Soon after the graduation, security starts telling people to leave the property. Very rude
It was just nice we went and watch some fights there plus a basketball game so it's just a nice and close place to enjoy sporting eve
Very nice arena to see a hockey game or a event. I had knee surgery a week before a hocky game I went to the staff gave me great seats so I didn't have to bend my knee
Great , it's a small arena, but that means all seats are pretty good. More people should visit.
We like going to different events here because there isn't a bad seat in the house. My best moment here was seeing my daughter graduate.
Great time watching the Ontario Reign dominate Grand Rapids. Good family fun had by all. A bit pricey, but fun.
I liked it alot because my cousin graduated form high school there
amazing seats, i could see everything. saw Transiberian Orchestra. it was spectacular!
The seating is super tight and uncomfortable if you are over 5 ft tall, so forget about taking drinks and snacks back to your seat. Thanks to the big monitors, we could at least see the show.
They were being rediculous about the rule of non- readmittance once you have entered. They were being spastic about checking everyones tickets if they moved around. I felt trapped
The mens room section 111. Before the Toby Keith even started they ran short on paper towels. The have six wash bowls and only three worked. They also ran out of soap. Several men standing and waiting to wash their hands. Some gave up and walked out. The poor (young) attendant couldn't keep up. It's wasn't his fault that the faucets weren't working. I wonder what the other restrooms were like? All this and the concert hadn't even started. Otherwise yes we had a good time.
Great parking. Venue is not too big, so all seats are good. Sound system could use some improvement.
Great place for Jehovah's Witnesses yearly 3-day convention.
I went for the first time to the Mother's Day Jam. I would say that it seems like there is no bad seat in the house but me and my boyfriend was stuck between two heavy set people on both sides of us where we couldn't even sat back in our seats. Not a good experience. We had floor seats and although there is and open area on the floor, the staff is very rigid about anyone dancing in that area. So what's good if you purchase floor seats but can't party on the floor. Might want to rethink that policy. I have been to other concerts when everyone partied especially on the floor on near the stage and it was an amazing time!
Large venue, plenty of security, multiple events held at this location.
Large parking area, near stores, gas stations.
When it comes to entertainment of any type, this is the place to go to see the entertainment good job guys
All seats have a great view, however the seats themselves are a bit to small.
Never been here before but I definitely will have to come back for another event. I was able to get a small sample of the building to see my fiance's best friend Graduate and get her master's here. Building has great views even if your seated near the top. Bathrooms located in easy close walk to any part of the building.
Went to see Miranda lambert
The Citizens Business Arena was easy to park fast to get in. Easy to get to seats. Every thing was good. The seats are small do if you want to be comfortable forget it.
Home of the Ontario Reign ice hockey. All in Season Ticket holders for 8 years now. Great venue for ice hockey
Nice arena, we ve been there for a motorcycle show which was awesome, the seating was so close to the action that there was really a bad seat in the place. We also use this arena for our conventions for our faith. I like that the seat are comfortable enough for sitting all day. The only bad part is one side of the arena is super cold and the other side isn t. So you may want to bring a blanket just in case.
We had are regional convention there. We enjoyed being among family and friends.
The sound on stage was the worst but good concert overall!
The sound was awesome. The seating is great. Good seats all the way around
Great arena, you can see the action well from pretty much any seat in the house. Only downfall is the cheapest beers are 15 bucks so definitely pregame
Best Arena for concerts, indoor soccer, LFL football, G league basketball, Disney on ice, and AHL Hockey
It's a clean atmosphere for a family event! Safe and reasonable!
Good venue, been here to a couple concerts. Camila, sin bandera, hillsong and others. All seats are good
Parking very convenient and concerts very fun. Concessions and alcohol expensive af...but that's anywhere in Southern CA I guess.
Not a bad place for a small, local arena that pulls in some decent shows here and there. For the most part, you'll find this arena hosts some pretty dismal shows, but for the price you can't beat a night out and... it's close. Closer than Honda, closer than Staples Center, closer than Verizon, etc., etc.
When you get inside the arena, it looks half-way decent, but it seems to lack the finishing touches that larger arenas have. When you're seated it feels (and looks) like they forgot to paint the cement walls so you kind of feel like you're in a prison. I sat NEXT to some box seats and took a peak in - they're not bad, but nothing compared to the larger arena accommodations.
My wife and I had the pleasure of seeing a horse show (yes, a horse show) that we were able to get free tickets for and it wasn't all that bad (if you like that sort of thing). For the show, the crowd was small and very respectful of the event and the atmosphere. The employees were friendly at the snack counters and, as you might expect, the price of beer and nachos cost more than the ticket to get into the show!
Overall, CBB Arena is a great place for a cheap show as long as you're not looking for the glitz and glamor that comes with larger arenas. But hey, you saved on gas, right? Go get an extra beer!
Seating is kind of cramped but it's an awesome place
Been here a few times for different types of shows/events. From concerts, to comedians to Professional Bull Riding (PBR), they always put on a good show...even if you're in the nose bleeds! Im giving them 4 stars because, just like most of these places, the prices for food and drinks are enough to bring you to tesrs. No exaggeration, my lobster dinner and cocktail pre-show were less expensive than my two rum and cokes. However this is industry standard and almost expected at venues such as this. Other than that the experience, seating, and facilities have never been disappointing. So I'd suggest this location for a wide range of entertainment events.
My Husband and I took our 3 kids to Disney on Ice along with My Mom and Sister. The show was great, the staff on the other hand was incredibly rude. We tried to get our 3 kids to take a picture after the show was over by the Handicap section, that over looks the Arena, where a few others were taking a picture . A nasty Security Guard came over with his Flash light and shinned it in our Faces, telling we are clearing the building. I asked him if I could just snap a quick picture of my 3 little kids. He stood in front of them and said No! What a way to ruin the night! Thanks for that. We will never attend another event at this arena, especially when they teach there employees to treat guests this way.
Glad to have some concert close to home instead of LA, nice arena
It was a great experience, the staff very accessible and helpful, my only complaint is the seats too tight and uncomfortable
Had a great time with my friend last night at the Roadshow 18! Luv it
Unorganized parking for events. Give yourself 45 min to park and get to event.
Loved watching king of the cage woohoo, great bartenders where we sat at.
