Initially I was little sceptical about getting an Architect to plan my house , consulted many in this field /visited few construction sites , I was little shocked to know the entire dynamics of this construction industry . Then I was pretty convinced about having an architect . Now who? Was the question . Many Architect in market were ready to give Design as per the needs but not ready to visit site and monitor the progress , Many had accepted the requirement without much suggestion (I was looking for some one who guides us on every aspect in design and construction) , Few were outsourcing the design .
Finally i zeroed in to Ashwin , Got the design freezed. Now next step was to find the right builder . Interacted with many and concluded that a single team from Start to finish would get the execution right . (Apart from selecting the right architect this was the second most important decision in construction) . Had seen many examples where people had changed many builders, lots of issues in project execution , complete lack of coordination between different teams during construction .
The above two right decisions got my house construction in right path and I believed in leaving the job to experts in the field .My each and every construction aspect(from the quality of Brick to Type of carpet to be used inside house ) and any concerns was resolved by Ashwin and his team .
To summarise, my experience with Ashwin and team was fantastic .
