I got my house designed by Ashwin Architects and constructed by his reference contractor in 1000 sft plot. Though I wanted to build Rental house i thought let me get a proper plan and details and searched on net and got this firm details and looking at their designs i thought they might not take up small project but still I called to enquire but the response I got over the phone made me meet Ashwin in person and from then there is no looking back at my decision. Me, being a govt employee I had to depend on loan totally and they planned so well that house got constructed in proper time which also fitted within the budget. It's been two years now and till date all my tenants are also happy with the design. One thing I must say that Ashwin can put himself in our shoes and guide us through out the project in terms of budget, material, etc., I would like to suggest for all who have a smaller plot and budget doesn't have to think twice for hiring an architect and enjoy the journey of building a dream house
