Purchased top-of-the-range Rog notebook ( 3000) arrived defective, sent to service and returned with other faults. Bad assistance as well as the repair laboratory !!

I was reading other experiences, but in this company since 2018 nothing has changed!
In September 2019 I bought the Asus Zenbook pro 14 Ux450fdx notebook, it was top of the range at that time. After just one year of use, it was predestined for university use, suddenly it turns off and doesn't turn on anymore. I ship the PC for assistance on January 22, it arrives at them on January 26, 2020. Today we are on March 2nd and the spare parts have not yet arrived! Moreover, immediately after the PC arrived they tell me what a problem with the motherboard and the battery needs to be replaced. Nice that the battery does not enter the guarantee and I have to pay, pay and wait. In the meantime I had to rent another PC, because my son had to take prone exams, since I am in DAD. I tried to call a hundred times but always the same thing, we are waiting for the missing part. The joke is that in one year of use the PC was almost always powered by the current. A shameful thing, if I knew I was going to Chinese repair in one, maximum 2 days the computer was definitely repaired! Right now I'm seeing another PC to buy and they are another substantial expense, because halfway through my son has exams and I can't risk it. Never again ASUS!

Can you write zero stars? Nexus tablet in warranty left in perfect external conditions (too bad not to have photos but I suspected that they were criminals) for the Italian assistance (and then sent to the Czech Republic) with the only problem that did not light up and returned externally broken and with the tampered usb (and of course not repaired as the external damages showed a bad use) after a letter of extortion in which the payment of 240.00 for the repair, 70.00 for the restitution (or maybe was the ransom?) or the scrapping (maybe?). Excellent products but assistance to the limit of the criminal (and perhaps not even to the limit) Asus never again.

I had telephone questions to do pre-purchase for zenfone 7 pro - rog phone 3 but they were unable to answer, they bounced me from offices in milan - rome - romania, nothing to do, I could not get the information despite the simplicity questions themselves. Considering the previous ones, I don't feel like spending 1,000.00 for a smartphone and then find myself without assistance. Too bad, but I don't want to take a problem!

NEVER AN ASUS PRODUCT:
Disappointment on all fronts. They should manage the Asus ZenCare + warranty but they are groping in the dark about answers on times and methods of replacement. Purchased desktop PC in April 2016. Sent to service three times (for now) and always came back with the same problem. As if they were passing the time to expire the warranty, or are incompetent. NEVER AGAIN ASUS !!!

Purchased a Zenfone 2. After a month, while previous orders are processed, I am still waiting. There is clearly a problem with the chosen color but Asus is not felt at all. If contacted they reply with preset answers and of no use. In case of refund the money will be returned after one month.
