It is a month that I sent my Pro transformer for the second assistance after purchasing it on 29 Dec 2016 (price 1900) and to date I have no news. These have no respect for customers. Bad product. I would have expected at least the replacement since they can't fix it. Bad assistance. A very bad experience that I don't wish anyone !!!!!
