Affordable new hotel. I was afraid of over budget at this hotel, but it turned out hehe.

The hotel is comfortable because it's still new. Strategic place. The rooms are also very clean and have complete facilities. The breakfast is just plain nothing special, but it tastes pretty good and the menu is varied.

We went up and down for our keys as we were stuck inside the lift. Plus our TV sounds like it has broken speakers.

Clean and comfy hotel. The breakfast are quite good for 3 star hotel. The location are strategic with acceptable price.

Well, in terms of location it is better. BUT just be aware you will be greeted by mosquitos and small insects like a worm in your room (in my case). I stayed in 11th fl. In the other day, my friends stay in 5th fl. Other than that, the room is not that clean. The bathroom design is bad, your bathroom will be wet since the separator only cover half of shower area. And the water will be flooded away from shower area. The room is not that clean. The hotel staffs will do nothing unless you meet them and do complaint. I did complaint, move to the other floor, but still the same insects. You also can hear sound from other room since it is not really soundproof.

Actually this hotel was quite decent. Rooms are comfy and clean. Foods are tasty and the location is in the heart of Semarang city. But there are several things need to be improved. Since i stay during new year holiday, the hotel also held party two days in a row, every night. Somehow it was really disturbing when you still can't sleep after midnight because the loud music and noise. Also they didnt clean the pool after the party, so we can't use it. Besides, on my last day, there are only few restaurant staff during breakfast. Wait quite long until the staff clean the table and not responsive as the day before

I experienced an unpleasant event today at this hotel. My car was covered by other cars parked in the front and side / throat of my car and the position of their car was locked. There is no parking attendant on standby and I have to find the parking attendant first. The response was slow to delay my time while working for so long.
