Let me say it's not very modern but the service is really ... classy. Thank you Aston Inn Pandanaran.

The place is still new, jdi is still quiet, but it's pretty comfortable

narrow alley access, not too many breakfast variations, difficult parking access. Check in was a little slow, but still tolerable. view from the room is ugly.

Strategic location, great for city sightseeing accommodation

Hotels in the city of Semarang, strategic location, simple interior rooms, not cold AC

The entrance door to the basement parking lot is very dangerous because it is too narrow to maneuver to the left. Please recondition. Tks

Great staff, everyone is so kind and helpful, the only minus side is lack of soundproofing, but its not entirely hotel faults, when we stay here, there's a lot of guest who bring kids running around in the hall and screaming. Stupidly annoying. But i really respect the staff who put their efforts to give their guest best service

The hotel is strategically located near the center of a souvenir shop on Jl. Pandanaran Semarang, opposite the hotel is Mc Donals, close to the intersection of five, close to Lawang Sewu n Paragon Mall.
The hotel is relatively new, best budget hotel, fast check-in, spacious and clean rooms, recommended to stay when staying in Semarang

The parking area is less extensive especially if the downstairs in the lobby is a bit complicated because of the narrow entrance to the hotel.

(+) nicely located in the city center, close to Bandeng Elrina - one of favourite place to buy Semarangs food and snacks, environmentally friendly hotel (use water jug to replace PET water bottle, bamboo toothbrush), various and tasty breakfast menu in the top floor of the hotel (-) the hotel entrance is located in quite narrow street

The location is very strategic in the middle of the city, near the center of souvenirs, old, well-maintained hotel.
Parking is a bit dark & smelly.

This review was written when the Covid 19 pandemic lasted 1 year (Jan 2021), when conditions in the world of traveling were very tense. In my opinion, the hotel is okay, clean, the service is quite friendly, the conclusion is Recommended.

Service and hospitality are great however there's an old building with low light in alleyways , the restaurant looks dirty is some areas and limited kind of foods are available

One of the reasons I want to stay on aston iin is that there is a skypool pool. Apparently it cannot be used for reasons of cleaning and repair. Obviously I'm very disappointed

Its a new hotel, just opened for 2 months (early 2018) so everything is brand new, good breakfast, there is a cozy pool, still waiting for the skylounge to be opened soon

After staying in Aston Madiun and this Aston Inn at Semarang, now I have a very different perception of Aston brands. Let s just say that our experience here is not encouraging for any future stay in properties with Aston logo. Start with almost half and hour queue just to drop off at the lobby, IDR 900K room with sticky and dusty floor, aircon that take forever to cool, bad quality bath towel which resemble a rug and breakfast that will result in weight loss. I m quite sure many guest share the same disappointment at today breakfast fiasco: running out of food for main course, no bowl for cereal, no butter for the bread, other guest are suspecting expired orange juice due to it s strange taste, unclean spoon, and the main attraction is bake your own waffle and egg since no staff is manning the station creating half hour wait and egg starvation. Well at least I can write this review with the hotel 1.5 MB internet connection. That remind me, I should take pictures for documentation in case the hotel think of suing me for bad review ^^.

Good for staying with families and for transit before continuing the journey across Java - Bali.

The hotel is quite comfortable, easy to reach, but parking is limited, if it runs out it can park across the street at the thumbs up

not helpful at all and raising her voice to customer who asked is TOTALY RUDE!! fine another hotel! you can get a better hotel with this price. i stay during corona time. and turn out it was the worst hotel.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Clean rooms with fairly complete equipment, there is a mini fridge and there is also a hair dryer in the bathroom. The food is quite varied and tasty, the place to eat is on the top floor so the view is good.

The new hotel is open. With a disappointing service. (Breakfast), especially the breakfast service (service clerk).
