I went at 10:30 on a Sunday and they were closed and this is telling me that they are supposed to be open until 12:00 AM

Always get serviced quickly and rarely have to wait longer than 10-15 minutes. Even when it's full they have two people taking orders so it moves quickly. Never had a bad experience with this location. The place is clean and the staff is nice, they also recently have been having samples of different smoothies they've been promoting. So you get to try a new flavor you might never have tried and they are never pushy about it, you can still order what you wanted. Nice gesture though to get customers trying out different flavors.

I called to order a smoothie after leaving the gym at 11 pm and they said they were closed, although closing time is at 11:30pm.

Got a craving for smoothies and I was close by here,so I dropped in.

Friendly staff,nice clean place.Mango Kale smoothie left me satisfied.

Worst smoothie king I asked for a pineapple surf they gave me something with mango that was disgusting and it smelled like rotten milk flies everywhere!!!! And then one guy was opening a new can of pineapples and cut his finger to the point he was dripping blood it was just really disgusting they need to get rid of the smell and flies!!!

I love this location however today I drove here as it was the only smoothie king that states it s open until 9PM on Sunday. It was actually closed. Another customer arrived simultaneously and also left disappointed. Please change the schedule if not adhering to it.

Just had to wait 20 min for a smoothie. Got skipped over twice. Had to tell them I was skipped. Can't even get an apology. Won't be coming back here soon.

Great service, smoothies were delicious, lots of healthy options and all that good stuff.

usually good. Large Gladiator with almond and peanut. No fruit and low card. add diet down and recharge enhancers. Caffeine can add nitro to it. seems to get the job done

Staff was very helpful their gave me their recommendations their facility is new. They even said bye on the way out attention to detail I tell ya!

The smoothies are delicious but There are problems with the bathroom since 4 months ago they tell you that the bathroom is bad. Today my 87-year-old mother asked him for a bathroom and the boy told her that they lost the key, I do not know if they had it in a spoon. The owner or manager should be more vigilant. One day one of the boys who works there spit on the floor in front of you. They are pure young boys.

I m not the type of person to write reviews for business unless it s an amazing experience. This time, is not the case. I come to this location more than 3x week. I have spoken with other employees in the past regarding the huge issue at this specific location with fruit flies. Today was the worse!!! Most of the containers with the ingredients completely uncovered and exposed to the flies and everything else. To say the least, thus is my last visit!!! I have to add, the young employee who prepared my order was very professional and understanding of my comments and mentioned he will discuss my concerns with the owner. I hope he does!!

Cozy place excellent staff attention, good parking area tasty wraps and good smothies options, which makes it a good place to have lunch in a light and sufactory way

Smoothies as usual are great, however, why did the four people that were behind me get served before me? Rediculous. Also the clerk closed at 8 p.m. rather than 9 today

1 person to handle both the register and make the smoothies for 15+ people. 20 min for just ONE smoothie ?? There needs to be new management or logistics.

I really love the variety of smoothies they serve and that I can easily customize already established blends with some personal preferences.
Also they are very close to LA Fitness so I can always pick up a protein shake that actually tastes well after my workouts if I feel like it.

Overall the smoothies are tasty, the service is fast, they have a good rewards program. I really like it

Fantastic Customer service, great selection of smoothies, good prices, always have different free samples. Wide variety of protein bars, snacks and powders. A/C has issues at times an they won't have certain smoothie options but that doesn't stop me from going all the time :)

Sunday...... june/28/2020..... 8pm...they have a schedule to close at 9pm and even online it's advertised for that hour....this is for the owners I don't know if you check your employees...they are closing an hour earlier ...

Good attention. I love the protein shakes they sell at this place. If you like the combination of fruits and proteins, this is the ideal place. You can also get bars and protein for sale!

I was going to order, but then I saw a bunch of flies around the products and I lost my appetite. They should really clean up.

So today September 1st at 1:55 pm I went to my usual smoothie king. And was attended by easily the best Service ever. There was a redhead girl with glasses who is the DEFINITION of EXCELLENCE. She was a one woman team and expediting people at the speed of light. Her attention to all detail was just flawless. I ve been there and a team of 3 couldn t keep up that energy and speed. She was amazing from the second I walked in with a warm welcome to a wholesome have a great day best experience I ve ever had at any place for buying food. So thank you very much I wish it would always be this way!!

Great variety of smoothies. I usually go to this location after going to the gym. The service is usually ok but tonight was unacceptable, the two kids that were there from inside the store wave that the store was closed, as I'm walking away I notice these two are laughing about the fact that apparently the store was open. I am so disappointed, great spot/bad service.

This place is amazing, the staff are nice and if you go in the morning it s literally in and out.

This people don't care about the customer, they closed the door on my face 10 minutes before close. I guess they have lazy staff.

Super understaffed! It took over 20 minutes to get my order of 2 kids' smoothies and 1 medium.

Was looking forward to having a smoothie but the establishment is full of gnats ..not just one but a lot of them ...all around the fruit area and where they prep the smoothies. They need to do a better job of cleaning so that the gnat issue is controlled.

The door says they close at 11:30... I arrived at 11:15 and they were closed..... all lights off meaning they had to have closed at 10:30... isn't it against the law to close early without reason.

Smoothie King with the best service in the West Miami area. They are a little pushy with the up-sells but showed me the wonders of adding mango to my favorite drink because of it!

Need to hire at least 2 people for the night shift during the week. Wait is ridiculous...1 hour to get a smoothie. The employee was great but not fair to him or the paying customer's.

I just ordered a power punch plus, no Taste, just ice. Every time I order from here is the same thing. Your smoothies are not consistent with the rest franchises. Stop watering down the smoothies to save on ingredients, it s bad for business. I wanted a power punch plus, not a power iced plus.

I come here often, always very pleasant service but today specifically I was helped by a young lady named Sarah who was working solo dealing with a rush of customers on her own but was doing it in a very timely friendly manner.
