Comfortable place, OK facilities. Karyaean is friendly and wolcome. There is direct service when guests arrive.

I really like the interior design, it's just a bit lazy to park and the access is rather noisy because it's in the city center. For breakfast it's really delicious and lots of menu choices. Which makes me prefer this place because I already absorb zero waste by not providing bottled mineral water in each room. The service is very good and really recommended

Hotel Pandanaran Semarang, Central Java, is a strategic place near the Pandanaran highway near the intersection of Semarang. the place to eat is okay! very Instagramable restaurant. There is the most famous wedang round in this restaurant. An okay hangout, chat can be long, there is free wifi, and it is in the city center, Jalan Pandanaran. So if you make an appointment from Andorra Ahmad Yani it's really nice, just stay straight. If you invite friends from outside the city, you are also waiting for fun, just stay across the street, there are many souvenir shops of KOta Semarang, Wingko Babad, Bandeng Presto, Moci Cake and others.

I love The people, they are friendly.
But the lift is too slow, it might be because the building it self is old.

This hotel is not ok. I booked 4 rooms but 1 room not ready yet until 3 pm. Very disappointed, because we checked in at 2 pm. I called receptionis second times after wait almost 30minutes for exchanged room but still not ready yet. And after 10 minutes I called again and receptionist didn't picked up my phone, very bad service I ever had from 4 stars hotel. Sure will not come back here again...

The best view is in the pool and the food is all delicious.

I have ever stayed in several hotels in Semarang, such as Ciputra, Novotel, Louis Kienne, Whiz, .. but this is the WORST Hotel is ever managed by Aston Group

I had told them that i would like to have an early check in. When they began to swipe my card for the early check in charge, i said that if you swiped my card then i had to stay and get in to the room NOW. Then the receptionist said.. "well we will coordinate with room service, by the time it will have been ready, we will swipe yours"
Nothing was happened 1.5 hours later.

Could this management be more aware to this issues
