Arrived at 3.30 p.m. they told us that the room we have booked 2 weeks prior is not available. The receptionist told us that subtitute room will be available in 15 mins. He mentioned that they had late check out group, clearly we were not treated equally as FIT guest. After 45 mins waiting at the lobby. The receiptionist who did the check in, gave us wrong room keys. We went up and down for our keys as we were stuck inside the lift. Plus our TV sounds like it has broken speakers.
