Recently moved into the Haines Ridge subdivision and submitted two approvals to the ARC. One for the addition of a window and to screen in the Lanai. They provided guidance and excellent client care in addition to expedient reviews and approval. Their administrative staff is the most professional and courteous staff I have ever had the pleasure to interact with and I would recommend homeowners that want to make sure they are in compliance with the covenants concerning additions to their property to reach out. They are the best.
