My wife and I have lived in Florida since September of 2020. This is the first time dealing with an HOA. I was not sure what to expect with all the permissions, policies, and guidelines we would have to deal with. But from the very first call to the HOA, I was very impressed with the professionalism, the kindness, and the help that Heidi and her team have been to us. I have not always had a yes on my requests, but the office handled things very well.
