We were very pleased with the HOA decision on their approval of our ARC application on our front yard andthe architectural changes we made to our property. Even though, those changes were made without their knowledge due to a major misunderstanding on our part, they went ahead and approved it.
They showed a great deal of empathy and understanding on our case! Those architectural changes were part of a "promise" my wife had made to the Virgin Mary by building her grotto if we had become homeowners.
Again, we were elated and grateful for their decision. Also, they made us understand, there are rules, procedures and regulations that we have to abide and they enforce them
to ensure a fair and just decision.
