I was in need of assistance in getting the forms so I can get a whole house generator installed in my home. Obviously, this is not my area of expertise. I spoke with a gentlemen by the name of Paul Hill. Not only did he give me the website information and how to get to it, but stayed on the phone with me to walk me through. When he and I realized that the website was not available, he was kind enough to have emailed me the forms that I needed and walked me through them. He then told me if there is anything else I needed, just to let him know. Now THAT is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! If all people were like Paul when dealing with companies, this would be a much easier world to live in. THANK YOU Paul for OUTSTANDING customer service!!!!
