Horrible customer service by Kevin Jordan. My pack...

Horrible customer service by Kevin Jordan. My package has status return to sender without a proper scan, no attempts to deliver were made, no explanation. Opened a service request, Kevin Jordan had responded once to me saying the address is not proper (which is not correct since it s not the first package I m mailing out to that person). Than he closed the request right away without resolving the issue and stopped responding to my messages. It has been over 1.5 months but package still wasn t returned back to sender or delivered. Had to open a missing mail search, still no respond. Basically the package is still in 81611 Usps location and seems like nobody is planing to ship it back to me or to respond to my claims. Horrible customer service by the supervisor.

Worst service in the world. Employees are useless! So lucky that it's not a real business. If anyone knows how to file a complain that would be noticed please comment below. Those are mine and yours hard earned tax money we are talking about!

If you have time to waste.... stand in line at this facility... the worst... pack a lunch, or better yet, drive to Woody creeks PO . You ll get it done and back before your place in line at puppy smiths moved. So sorry to say this but just stating s fact. The positive is that the employees are pleasant. Just sloooooooowww!

5 stars to Lana. She is always friendly, polite and helpful. The system is broken and highly inefficient but this is not the employees' fault (at least most of the time). The wait time is usually very long but Lana's line moves fast. If everybody working there was as efficient, knowledgeable of online tools to manage deliveries and willing to help, this Post Office could be a place that people do not dread visiting.
