Terrible experience. Unprofessional disregard for an order I made. Waiting for shipment as a Christmas gift for someone and nothing. Finally had to contact them myself. Good luck with the phone number. No one answers and the prompts take you nowhere. They should have contacted me first. Like I said, unprofessional.

Asics needs to learn customer service.I love asics shoes but refuse to purchase from a company and advertise their product when the customer is not appreciated.
I loved running in my Asics for years. Then I bought a new pair over a month ago. The pair they sent has an obvious defect in one shoe that is very uncomfortable to run in... I immediately followed the steps online to submit a warranty form for what should be a simple exchange. It's now been well over a month with NO response whatsoever. And like others have mentioned, phone support has been removed entirely. Based on these other reviews it seems I'm not alone. It seems Asics Customer support has disappeared entirely and they clearly aren't showing an ability to stand behind their products. I paid over $100 for defective shoes and so far Asics wont make the situation right.
TLDR: Asics sent me a defective pair of shoes and their customer service has disappeared entirely, as they will not respond to any communication or request for exchange.
Who is the owner of this company??? They really need to quit! There s no sense in regard to customer service. I order a pair of shoe, that were a gift for my mother and they sent me men shoes!!! Then I tried returning them, it s been 2 weeks I haven t received my refund for the shoes! I ready to take this to BBB AND go that route
I have sent 3 emails since August 22 to ASICS concerning a defective running shoe including the required Warranty Submission form. I still have not received any communication from ASICS. I am so disappointed that a company treats it's customers this way. There is no excuse for this lack of support for their products. I recently dealt with a smaller company on a warranty issue and was contacted immediately and had the problem resolved quickly. ASICS has the worse customer service that I have ever had to deal with. Although I love their running shoes, it may be time for a change to a different company.
If i could give them zero stars i would!!! Worst customer service i have ever experienced. My order is lost by FedEx and they are just brushing me off and not reshipping my order!! you spend $130 on shoes you expect to get the shoes!!! They do not respond to emails and their customer service reps sound like children who are reading from a script. When i asked to speak to manager i was told they cannot transfer calls. WOW!! I am sick of the excuses and i want my order!! Now i am awaiting a phone call from a supervisor, which i doubt i will get. A complaint has been filed with the BBB and i will not stop till i reach the top of chain of command!!
I apologize for the way the company is mis-treating their fan loyal customer. I really would love to invest in asics stock. I would like to buy 1000 shares and have a voice for our customers because they are happy with customer service customers cannot rely on company's client calls and meet demand. I was going to buy 1000 shares.
Do not purchase ASICS shoes! This company is so unethical just read reviews. They need to be careful because today with social media it only takes one person posting a funny tic tok or you tube about their terrible products and service. They would not honor their warranty on a 30 day old three time worn pair of shoes! Defective shoes submitted warranty claim with all attached photos and info and nothing!
BEWARE!! I ordered twice from Asics online, twice too many. Problems with items. Unable to return at store locations.No return slips included with order. Eventually got both orders to FedEx, each order in its own return package to avoid issues. FedEx confirmed returns made of both on the same day and time. Have called three times but first they couldnt verify both were received. Then told returns had to be credited at the warehouse. Now today,after having merchandise for ten days I was told need to allow up to 14 business days. I asked for supervisor and told no . Asked where company is HQ and not the call center. I was told Mississippi. HQ is less than 10 miles away from me but unable to reach by phone it directs to email. All I can say is buyer BEWARE!
