I loved running in my Asics for years. Then I bought a new pair over a month ago. The pair they sent has an obvious defect in one shoe that is very uncomfortable to run in... I immediately followed the steps online to submit a warranty form for what should be a simple exchange. It's now been well over a month with NO response whatsoever. And like others have mentioned, phone support has been removed entirely. Based on these other reviews it seems I'm not alone. It seems Asics Customer support has disappeared entirely and they clearly aren't showing an ability to stand behind their products. I paid over $100 for defective shoes and so far Asics wont make the situation right.

TLDR: Asics sent me a defective pair of shoes and their customer service has disappeared entirely, as they will not respond to any communication or request for exchange.
