Easily the best in business...had a great experience and would strongly recommend.

Cannot comment on their full services so far as the sales person, Mr Ryan doesn't take my calls and doesn't call back after sending a qotation. I have been trying to get their company to do our move after looking at all the good reviews but apparently they aren't interested in a 12K+ local move. All I can say is Asian tigers its your loss if you have staff who aren't interested in their job.

I used Asian Tigers for my move from Hanoi, Vietnam to Singapore. The team was fantastic, from start to finish. The sales team kept within our budget, stored our container until we were ready to receive the shipment in Singapore, and packed / unpacked all items effectively and efficiently. I would HIGHLY recommend Asian Tigers for moving needs. They are simply the best!

May not be the cheapest, but are certainly the best. I have moved 8 times in 22 years in Singapore and the Asian Tigers team were the most trustworthy and organised team that I have experienced.

Asian Tigers were the receiving agent for our shipmenet from Australia. The team arrived and were ready and willing to help with whatever we needed and went above and beyond. They were careful and respectful of our belongings, even returning the next day to make sure that they didn't miss anything - complete professionals with a friendly disposition. Highly recommended.

Excellent all round - Cost, quality and execution. This is the company to use in Singapore. As someone who has used moving companies in 9 countries I can safely say Asian Tiger is one if not the best.

When I decided to use Asian Tiger for house moving, they promised that they are playing in another league compared to other providers. With this argument, they justified their high prices. So I gave it a go despite the significantly higher price. During the move, everything went fine. The problem started when they were supposed to collect the empty cartons and materials. We clearly agreed on date and time which was also confirmed by their side. On that Saturday morning, nobody came, so I ask where they are. They said that they mixed it up and could only come 2 hours later. During that time, I had other plans which I initially had in the morning but changed it in order to accommodate them. I asked them to come at 2:30 PM. Instead, when I was out of the house around 11:30 AM, I received a call that they are at my place even though I told them that I would not be available. I repeated that they should come at 2:30 PM and deal directly with the management of the condo. They did not do. Nor does their Sales Manager answered my phone calls later on, seems to have ignored me. These are exactly the situation where why I paid a premium, so that issues can be solved fast. Now, I am still stuck with them empty cartons, I really wanted to disappear. So all their talk in the beginning of playing in another league and that s why they ask for premium prices is simple sales talk which they are not able to fulfill. Therefore, I recommend to save paying the premium, there are other movers who can do the job as well. One may encounter similar issues, but without paying a premium!

The team handle my shipment to Shanghai are very punctual,experience,responsible and provide excellent service.

My third time with Asian Tigers services. From Malaysia-HK, HK-Singapore - and now Singapore to Austria. Packing service is excellent and very professional service. lets see how their Austrian counter part service then. We have many fragile item including my vintage chinaware and glass display cabinet, really hope it survey through to Austria.

From enquiry, onsite cost survey, actual day shifting all the way to post service feedback, it has been a seamless and pleasant experience!

The labelling of boxes and the process of going through shipment by number and label was efficient. The movers treated my items with respect and care.

I called and booked initial assessment with Asian tigers. The consultant Mr Augustine, took the estimate and after I asked couple of times about a ball-park figure for the quote did not give anything. I called office they said that the consultant will give you the quotation, but the consultant did not even pick up the call neither replied till today (it's been 8 days and thanks I have chosen Collins movers and sent my stuff to Australia). Even if they did not want business, I was expecting a clear no. Not sure who the other satisfied customers are? corporates probably ? But definitely not for individuals. Professionally done the "Survey" but sloppy afterwards. Don't know how there real service might be as I did not get any reply.

Everything seems great and professional initially, with prompt actions and updates. However, service starts going downhill once full payment was made.

There is lack of updates. I have to constantly email them to ask for updates. The consultant-in-charge, Frances, even took leave on the day when my shipment is supposed to arrive, and left me unanswered. Good thing the colleague, Bridget, who covered the consultant was responsive.

After the consultant-in-charge returned, no updates again and I have to email and ask for updates. The consultant is not proactive to provide updates without me probing.

They charge so much for manpower fees, yet the service is not prompt and consultant is not proactive in providing updates.

Now, I am still waiting for updates about when my shipment will be delivered. Let see if the consultant will be proactive to provide me the status updates without me asking.

Very disappointed with the service.

There are only 3 reasons why you would want to move an item (albeit long distance)
1) It is unobtainable in the region you need the item to be at
2) It costs more to buy or make the item in that region
3) It has sentimental value

If your item doesn't hit those 3 criteria listed then it is uneconomical to move it. That is why I decided the $12000+ to move items was a bad idea with Asian Tigers (AT) - I could for the price they offered replace most of the items 5 times over than to use AT.
In fact I was able to ship 97% of the items for $2300, the rest I sold off and can replace.
They (AT) didn't call me back the first time I called them, they couldn't give me a simple quote (after all this time as a professional company you'd think they would have worked out a rough quote system) I was able to give a rough but close approximation of volumetric size and weight and AT still couldn't give me an answer. (I'd already some movement of freight before and had dimensional specs from that point and pricing, so I already knew a fair value that I should be spending. In the end they gave me an extortionate rate but couldn't justify their results.
When I questioned AT well they never replied I guess that was my real answer. If you have more money than sense than by all means use AT.

Asian Tigers were pretty good in shipping my container from Bangalore to Singapore. They were pretty professional. Always keep posted on the updates and punctual as ever. The articles were aptly kept and arranged in the home. They even acknowledged in moving few of the already existing articles to be moved inside elsewhere, to make room for the new items. They cleared all the packing materials and carton boxes and few of the boxes i wanted to open later. They even offered me one time packing material pickup from my home, which was an outstanding service (You know how difficult is it to dispose huge carton boxes). Overall, they were excellent and perfect in their execution. Kiddos Asian Tigers!!
