A TOTAL RIP OFF, THEY STOLE A PACKAGE THAT WAS TO BE SENT TO CHINA, A LOSS OF $6000.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Never ship with them! There always been some package loss in each shipping company. The difference is: do they really want to pay you as they promised before the shipment! with AAE, Once the package is lost , their manager Louis Xu is gonging to try every method to deny it, to delay or never respond to you. It's been more than half year and we still got no response regarding the lost package. I have been their customer for 3 years, this is how they treat me, never say you are a new customer and only want to ship one or two times. I am going to change my shipping company and ready to sue them.
