Beau Simmons is the best salesman I could have ever asked for! He gave me deals, the level of which the other stores in the city could not even come close to offering. Beau also made sure that my order was fulfilled promptly, and if/when I will need furniture later on in my life, I will be sure to go first to Beau. For those seeking furniture, I give you my word, you will not be disappointed with Beau.

Random was very helpful. We were a little disappointed that we could not get the furniture we wanted right away.

Decent selection and use much better prices than the biggest competitor in town. Some cool unique pieces here that are hard to find elsewhere. Sales staff aren't as pushy as the competitor and hover a lot less.

Sales associate was very kind and showed us exactly what we asked for. Wasn t in there any longer than 30 minutes. Was also offered a 5 year warranty for my recliner. Overall, entire purchase was just under $1,200. Well worth it.

Excellent sales no pressure
Loading to carry home and disassembling ended up creating a problem since the person who took off the legs for Car and truck stripped the screws, thus screwing us:not cool. We had to fix that when Home and May continue to be a problem we need to pay for in time energy labor to fix.
Not to mention the fact there may have been a miscommunication issue because we made it clear to sales we were first going to try to load without disassembling and we were not given that opportunity as we were assured we would by sales.

Floor models, last of their kind, should be greatly, not mildly, discounted. Prices on most things in general way exceeded competitors in town. We shopped around a lot. Nonetheless we r happy w our purchase just as long as nothing breaks down since there isn t a Warrantee.

My family and I were looking for quality furniture at a good price. We had gone to other furniture stores in town and not found what we needed. We found it with Ashley and the help of Travis. He's super helpful and courteous. We are so happy with our new furniture. We will definitely choose Ashley again and Travis as our go to sales person there. He made the process go so smoothly and we couldn't be happier with our choice of furniture. He gave us options that were good quality and at a good price. Just what we were looking for. Excellent experience yesterday at Ashley. We had the pleasure of working with Will Sparrow and he is nothing short of awesome. Anything you re looking for to add to your home, come talk to this man. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase furniture in & around the Wasilla/Anchorage area. I have been "promised" a refund for a delivery charge (when I very clearly picked up the furniture) for over a month, and had to repeatedly call to learn the status of said refund, only to learn they dropped the ball multiple times. Their customer service is a joke.

Sort of disappointed with the service today. We came in a few minutes ago with cash in hand ready to buy a $2K couch set but unfortunately the sales rep that was there completely ignored us as we made eye contact, leaving us with the impression we weren't worth the time.

Random is the man. He took care of everything thank you. Fast and easy to work with.

Found everything we were looking for with Marianne's help and the experience was enjoyable as always.

Donald Jones was a great salesman. He was very knowledgeable about everything we were looking at and was not pushy.

Theo M, was the first person I saw when I walked in. I walked in and he greeted me right away and ask if I needed anything. I told him I was looking for a king size bed set. He said of course and took me under him as we walked through the whole store. I m not the easiest person to work with, we definitely gave him a challenge but he was patient and didn t give up. I m sure we walked up and down Ashley s a million times. Long story short I left very please with my purchase and his customer service.

Amanda was great! She helped me order what I needed over the phone and saved me a drive into Anchorage from the Valley. She was quick and professional.

First time buying furniture, got just the right amount of help. Nobody harassed me about buying anything but there was assistance when I needed it. Shout out Marianne Yeckley, smacking slouches and selling couches. Too much sugar in the coffee Marianne, I know you tried though. 9/10 would shop again. If I had more money.

First off I d like to say that the environment in the store was very welcoming.
Second of all the salesman Matt is a one of a kind!!
This guy has his hair slicked back and a great personality!! This dude made this couples shopping experience pain free, like I started hyperventilating at the price of a piece my wife was looking at; and Matt just stepped in handed me a paper bag talked me through till I wasn t gasping for air all while he talked my wife into looking at something more in our price range! Matt wasn t a pushy person, he didn t try talking you into something you weren t sure of, and he is very personal all while being very professional!! Anyway Matt is a totally bad to the bone and deserves a pay raise!!!

Will Sparrow was very helpful and the prices were very reasonable. The second I walked into the store it felt warm and inviting!

Donald was absolutely amazing! He made the buying experience super easy. Even when I had to go back two days later cause my Husband thought I had bought a sectional instead of a sofa/loveseat set, I went in an hour before they closed and Donald fixed everything for me and had me out the door within half an hour. Super great experience and we will most definitely be going back to see him for more furniture needs!

Theo is our salesman and he is the greatest!! He had shown us all our options using his insites about us. He actually got to know us and made sure that we are comfortable on what we are bout to buy. He sold us our bed set and now our living room set. Go to this ashleys by new seward and look for him he is really friendly and funny. Greaaaat guy!

Aside from the fact that literally none of the sales people actually try to help you while shopping, they also lie to get your business. Moving from the lower 48 we know we needed to order an additional dresser from our set but instead of having the movers pack it for us, we thought it d be easier to have it and pick it up the day we arrived in anchorage. I had called the store asking if they carried it and if I could purchase it for the $189 price I was going to pay online and was told I absolutely could! So we went this afternoon to go buy it and pick it up, only to find out it is $438 at this store and they won t honor their word from our previous call. So now we have no way to get the matching dresser because there s no chance we re paying that much money for that.

I d take your business elsewhere.

Nice store. But they need to have more feminine occasional chairs for sale. Like for a bedroom or huge closet. Light colors and designs. Hey we are in the modern stages now.
So a lady can sit if she wants. Too many dark overstuffed chairs and sofas

Visited Ashley HomeStore to find a few pieces needed in our home. Was greeted immediately by a very welcoming and helpful sales associate, Marianne. She helped my wife quickly pick out what we needed (which is a hard thing to do) and kept in contact with her and kept her updated throughout the whole entire process. As far as I am aware, they have some of the best prices in Anchorage, and I would definitely recommend it to someone who is looking in this department. Ask for Marianne at the door, she'll get you what you need.

Lori was very helpful and knowledgeable. She kept my specs and budget in mind and found me the perfect mattress. Go see Lori!!

A lot of miscommunication. I wasted my whole day getting jerked around by salesperson adding $299 here and $49 there. If your original salesperson is not there your new salesperson has to change something on your quote so they can "get credit" for the transaction. But that's not all! One Random sales person had the audacity to tell me he make $87,000 a year to let me know that he will be ok with or without my business. It's a shame for Asley's and a travesty to any dignified family that needs furniture.

I have been to him twice for furniture and he does an amazing job with helping find what you want and making it worth your time. I will be definitely going back to him when I get more furniture
