Very unfriendly delivery staff... stopped shopping there now... now go to tesco's

One of the largest Asdas, easy to find a car parking space. There are also lots of other shops around it such as Home Bargin, Pound Land, etc.

Was in store today, early afternoon, at the till the cashier did not have enough change in her till, so I gave her my last five pound note, which I needed for bus fare to complete purchase! She said that I could go to the customer service's , and they would change the ten pound note I had to make it easier re bus fare!!!! Which the employer at customer services refused to do, saying he could only give change if for a trolley, despite the fact that I had already been in the store, and when I explained, he just said that quote, 'she should not have said that' Appalling customer service today, he could have easily have changed it! Not a happy customer customer today! #poorservice

Almost all frozen items are available. Best place to collect Food related items.

Always nice staff. Huge range of food and everything what you just need.

Nice and conveinient as it is close to lots of bus routes.

It one of my preffered supermarket it's very easy to find a parking space

Its a large store with a good variety of different food items it also hss a George instore making it a convenient shopping experience

Quite a busy congested store with quite narrow isles. The car parking is also conjested.

Never have the items in stock you need.has a few nice staff who will help..

Asda price. Kids uniform I good price. As I the beer

better than the wallsend branch as it's a full size supermarket with a wider variety of goods

This is where I do my weekly shop. Prices good but they've stopped stocking my favourite brand of marmalade. Will look elsewhere from now.

The most horrific place I've been to for social distancing, staff and security must be walking round with their eyes closed pretty much bumping into you, crowds of people outside the main entrance waiting for taxis/click an collect or just standing having a chat making it impossible to get in or out without brushing past people, some people queing while others just walk straight in, then to top it off 5 police came to stand and mill about amongst the crowd too ,definitely be staying clear of this one in the future!!

Large store with loads of choice. Parking is busy especially at weekend.

Excellent store. Staff are lovely. Bakery isn't the best but some items are great. Fish and meat are always lovely. Fruit and veg fresh and lasts a while too. Clean store with loads of parking available.

My chocolate was out of date by 3 months so disgusted!

Huge store. Doesn't offer as many products as other hypermarket Asdas so star knocked off. Clean and lots of space to social distance.

It's a big supermarket and opens every day.

This is probably the best laid out ASDA in the area and big enough to cover most needs

Good place with lovely produce. Also have discounted items but you have to be there at the right time.

I wish this place would stocked its shelves. There is always trollies full of food left in aisles but no staff stocking shelves. I have complained to the company its self but to no aveil. Fill your shelves. Don't mind an odd gap here and there but sometimes swathes of missing food.

Usual range of goods offered at this store, although the clothing section seems to have very little in the way of menswear. All the common lines of products available, including well known brands and Asda's own offerings.

Very very poor...
Popped in to pick few bits up.. no chicken whatsoever..empty shelves, other product shelves half empty and what was there really untidy and a mess.. gave up and went to pay for items only to see ridiculous queues, only couple of check outs open and left to fight the self service crowds..complete chaotic shambles never seen anything like it..!!

Busy with lots of offers and thing for Christmas present.

Good shop but not the main one in the area so not everything is available.
