Lovely park ( pity about the bowling green) plenty of ground for the grandkids to run around. It leads on to Armstrong bridge then down into the dene X
I get my groceries here and kids school needs too. A one-stop store where you can get all you need.
It's a big store and everything you need it has a massive car park and can park for upto 3 hrs.
Excellent selection of goods including Asda own brand. Busy shop but not too busy to create long waits at the checkouts
Usual thing, shopping. Not happy that prices are cheaper in other asda stores.
Cheaper food elsewhere good for magazines and books staff ok ish
Normally have what our family needs, happy to help, lovely staff great price's since I changed from Morrisons are much better
Got refused alcohol when i had my passport when am 27 so your telling me that you would refuse a mother with a 12 year old son? What a laugh won't ne returning!
The Asda at Newcastle Shopping Park is quite big and has more products than most. You always know where you are and what you are going to get at Asda. I also went to the cafe for a vegetarian breakfast which was very good. They also substituted the mushrooms for another egg!
Made everyone line up at 4 tills instead of allowing people with a trolley at the self check out. 30 people in one spot with 1 staff. 2 people at the larger set of working tills with 5 staff. Makes sense! Got to love the covid rules create bigger problems
Not enough staff, 2 people on checkouts, 1 lady between 20 or so self service, a little hectic.
Asda is always a good place for families to shop for groceries and this one is not an exception. Good stuff with reasonable prices
OK store and has a Pharmacy - overall good but Morrisons down the road is better.
Its just an ASDA... Its like every other ASDA store... Considering there all clones of each other there's no need expect different products in different stores!!
Brilliant supermarket, staff friendly plus helpful, would recommend Byker store too anyone who asks.
It's a supermarket. Most things are there at reasonable prices. What more to say??
Plenty of parking spaces, warm friendly staff but NOT open 24 hrs like Asda, Benton and not as much variety - you do have the advantage of the rest of the retail outlets in the shopping park tho, and a stones throw away from two local high streets and miles of parkland! Excellent parking and public transport services.
Its a big store and they promise to save you money, but is not particularly inspiring.
The standard in the supermarket sometimes confused prices on goods so a reduced rating
Great shopping lots of bargains and lovely food stuff
Very disappointing at least 3 supervisors without masks giving instructions out in the midst of shoppers and staff and many lockdown family outings going on!
Big store with lots of services including package pickup / return, carpet cleaner rental, change machines, pharmacy and clothes department
Much like most other ASDAs really, but its very new, very clean, spacious and efficient.
Good Asda prices often fair with lots of roll backs. They do tend to take their time to stock up when fruits are sold out though which is annoying
it's the full sized supermarket so has everything you need under one roof
Huge store has almost everything you need in Newcastle Shopping Park
Asia has most things you want from a supermarket at reasonable prices. Good opening hours
It's a supermarket, plenty of range and well priced. Free parking.
Appalling, worst Asda branch in the North East.
Stood at click and collect bay for 10 minutes (as instructed by the app) then told to wait at customer service desk.
Waited there for a further 30 minutes with a screaming hungry toddler only to find that half of our Groceries were missing.
Consistantly terrible click and collect, formal complaint pending
ASDA,great place to shop.and very friendly staff.no problem they can not handle .at any of their stores in the north east.
Something for every occasion. Brilliant shop. Great deals.
Decent, what's something on offer, would give it more starts, but American owners, so I can't.
Great shop plenty to choose from house hold stuff kids toys food clothing paint wallpaper
Everything u need from clothes to food n alcohol good prices
A quick Saturday shop whilst camping gave us everything we needed, with a mixture of both English and Scottish produce. More of an express supermarket but very adequate.
Plenty of parking, although it does get busy on a Sunday
Large supermarket with lots of choice of everything I was looking for
Large supermarket sharing car park with other shops on retail park. Not always the easiest to park. I couldn't get all my grocery shopping as several empty spaces on shelves, which isn't a regular event.
I am 29 years old and today I was refused paracetamol as I didn't have I.D. refused by an overweight checkout assistant who blinded me with her fake tan and lack of eyebrows. The ironic thing about it is that after the experience I wanted to overdose on paracetamol...thanks asda for keeping streets safe.
