The Asda at Newcastle Shopping Park is quite big and has more products than most. You always know where you are and what you are going to get at Asda. I also went to the cafe for a vegetarian breakfast which was very good. They also substituted the mushrooms for another egg!

Made everyone line up at 4 tills instead of allowing people with a trolley at the self check out. 30 people in one spot with 1 staff. 2 people at the larger set of working tills with 5 staff. Makes sense! Got to love the covid rules create bigger problems

Plenty of parking spaces, warm friendly staff but NOT open 24 hrs like Asda, Benton and not as much variety - you do have the advantage of the rest of the retail outlets in the shopping park tho, and a stones throw away from two local high streets and miles of parkland! Excellent parking and public transport services.

Appalling, worst Asda branch in the North East.

Appalling, worst Asda branch in the North East.

Stood at click and collect bay for 10 minutes (as instructed by the app) then told to wait at customer service desk.

Waited there for a further 30 minutes with a screaming hungry toddler only to find that half of our Groceries were missing.

Consistantly terrible click and collect, formal complaint pending

Large supermarket sharing car park with other shops on retail park. Not always the easiest to park. I couldn't get all my grocery shopping as several empty spaces on shelves, which isn't a regular event.

I am 29 years old and today I was refused paracetamol as I didn't have I.D. refused by an overweight checkout assistant who blinded me with her fake tan and lack of eyebrows. The ironic thing about it is that after the experience I wanted to overdose on paracetamol...thanks asda for keeping streets safe.
