Everything we needed. Even found a rice cooker at a great price of 18 pounds for a Russell Hobbs! Biscuits from there are to die for.
Pharmacist also gives great advise. Keep up the good work!

The staff are helpful and the security are always welcoming

I was instore at Byker at lunchtime today,I had to return goods that were no longer needed (brand new un used) that my Mother did not require as she has sadly passed away,your member of staff on customer service was very helpful & sympathetic to my needs & carried out the refund swiftly & professionaly she offered her sympathy too,which I greatly appreciated.
I have dealt with alot of professional bodies since her death & have noted alot of them have not offered any offer of sympathy but your staff member today was a pleasure to deal with,I think her name is Ashley,please thank her again for me & compliment her on her service,Im very grateful.

Range of products are much lower than long Benton asda also there is big quality difference as well

Checkout supervisors have disgusting attitude. Wanting to charge 5p for bag to put flowers in as THEY didn't have any flower bags that are provided free for flowers. I had put my flowers in a sml veg bag without fuss. At checkout I had More

Brilliant store. Shame about the miserable checkout staff. We all have to work in these tough times. But a bit of hareless banter doesnt hurt.

Best supermarket in the area. Great prices (best out of the big standard supermarket names) and a lot of choice. Some handy services here including scan and shop, and click and collect. Staff on the whole are reasonably friendly.

Overpriced compared to new competitors and hit and miss customer service. It's only saving grace is it has everything under one roof.

Highly convenient from Chillingham Road! My only criticism is that it fails to restock certain none specialist products time and time again. I am an easily pleased daily user, but so often the item I have bought continuously (sadly salad type) for several months sells out fast, then takes several months more to restock. Usually it disappears permanently only to be replaced further months away with something similar. This is fair enough perhaps, but the interim period with zero replacement items is somewhat irritating.

Nice big shop. Lost a star as my main reason for going there is tights or pop socks and I often can't get them as there not replenish Enough. Lost of missed sales here

It took me a while to get used to this place. It doesn't provide a warm entry on arrival, nor did it seem to seem quite as good a range of own brand products as other Asdas I've visited. On further investigation, however, it had proven to have a spectacular range of affordable vegetarian options, good deals for those who want to buy in bulk, a decent medicine section, and fast and efficient self service checkouts.

It feels like you're in a warehouse when you walk in, but it had everything you need at a very decent t price.

This store is good it is always clean and staff are very helpful. But it seems that the selection of products is not always available in the middle of the week. So only 4 stars

Good size store with lots of choice Asda is the cheapest of the 3 large stores which doesn't affect quality

All that you would expect from Asda plus a nice little coffee shop

Ideal shop to browse, nice to have a break and have cup tea ect.

Shelves are often a bit bare but food is definitely worth it

Unfortunately everything we purchased from this store was a disappointment. On top of poor handling and damaged packaging the store felt unclean. It's fine for a quick shop and offers many services including fuel and has scan as you shop so it's not all bad but it's also not particularly good.

Always will find what you need for affordable price

After maken a complaint about a member of staff for given me dirty looks i made a complaint last year about this staff for when i was with freinds buying alcohol she claimed i look 12 when im a fully grown adult with facial hair and she still works there and nothing has been done and haveing another member of staff slam a notice board on the front desk so il be taken further action if this is not addressed soon you might be able to treat other people like this but just remember this i have IT skills dont forget this

All I can say is it's got every thing you need in store also plenty of toys.

Watch out for animal print leggings and ugg boots worn by the vast numbers of pre-teen mum's. Welcome to byker

Easy access with lots free parking on large retail park

Great place to shop around and you can get anything you're looking for and has a very big cat parck

Lots of good shops around this area. Only down side is they don't open till 10am on Sunday.
