Was in store today, early afternoon, at the till the cashier did not have enough change in her till, so I gave her my last five pound note, which I needed for bus fare to complete purchase! She said that I could go to the customer service's , and they would change the ten pound note I had to make it easier re bus fare!!!! Which the employer at customer services refused to do, saying he could only give change if for a trolley, despite the fact that I had already been in the store, and when I explained, he just said that quote, 'she should not have said that' Appalling customer service today, he could have easily have changed it! Not a happy customer customer today! #poorservice
