I was instore at Byker at lunchtime today,I had to return goods that were no longer needed (brand new un used) that my Mother did not require as she has sadly passed away,your member of staff on customer service was very helpful & sympathetic to my needs & carried out the refund swiftly & professionaly she offered her sympathy too,which I greatly appreciated.
I have dealt with alot of professional bodies since her death & have noted alot of them have not offered any offer of sympathy but your staff member today was a pleasure to deal with,I think her name is Ashley,please thank her again for me & compliment her on her service,Im very grateful.
