Very good working environment. All the person is supportive. I have spent more than two years in this organization. And I am still working in this organization.

A very nice place to work in terms of enjoyment. Transport service sucks. The first company where transport runs the processes. Process has no control over transport. They run the processes at night but there is no meal at night. No vendors. You only can have biscuits, snacks and tea and yes, spoiled food from evening.

Place is well architectured, maintained and used ,good facilities of everything and a good scope of growing

Worked in this organization for 4yrs no salary increment, no promotion, IJPs only for dear ones company calls itself we are secular but actually not, wouldn't allow a specific community to offer prayers but they will perform all their religious activities. Still call themselves secular.

Hr recruiting team is not good,that is why the rating is decreasing,Arvato need to change the staff of hrs,yes.

it is more of a call centre than a company.

A Very Good Company i'm currently working in arvato a good Orgnaization to work with... Everything is Great..empolyes,seniors nd manager ...

what a stupid management they have that they lost such a good process BA. They only know how to eat money from Germany. They change the building they by white color BMW and when they change the colour of the building they get a Blue BMW . HR team what a great Team they dont now their own rules and regulations. Managers like Subhajit Baral who even dint know the abcd of WFM and running the company what a great loss.
what no 1 employee is doing now they are losing the business and reputation in the market.

I swear this is the worst conpanc if you are planning to go for interview please dontd go. they ll keep you waiting and they will tell you that tgert staff is not available . stupid people. everyone . looser don't know how to treat their employees as well. one star is also worse 0 stars for this dumb small building . instead kf this you cab go to FIS

Arvato-A typical Indian BPO that has cheap call centre crowd. If you are serious about your career Don't get into Call centre.

I have completed my 7 months here.Friendly Work environment.Salary credits in bank account on time in any situation.Along with customer centric Arvato is Employee centric too.

Great office and nice environment but parking is a big problem here.

1. The company has Good Infrastructure
2. The company has good security system.
3. The comoany has proper IN and OUT gates.

It's a good company to work with but only for international employees.
