Extremely unprofessional. My initial phone conversation went really well and I was asked to send my resume. However after that the contact person went MIA. I m a university grad with reasonably good work history, so it couldn t have been because of a lame resume. But the fact that I tried to reach out numerous times and got no response goes to show they don t care about the individual employees but rather finding someone to do labour and quick jobs. It takes 2 mins to respond to an email and 10 seconds to lose a potential worker. Even to reject someone it s common curtesy. Complete waste of time and hope.
