To those who are serious about finding employment; Please do not apply to Arrow Professional Agency. First the name itself is false advertisement as they are not professional what so ever. I went in to the office, filled the application gave them copies of my I.D.s and left there with nothing but "the owner will give you a call by tomorrow" Usually with agencies they give you your start date which should be the next day along with the address of the job. Not Arrow! I had been texting Vikram, one of their employees who had confirmed all the details for the job the day before and who had lead me to believe I was starting the next day. I texted him to explain what the lady had told me and he explained to me that it would be him calling me once he received the paper work since he was at their other office. So, I waited and waited until the end of the time frame she gave me, then I realized they keep posting the same ad looking for people to start urgently for the same position I had applied for. The next day I finally texted him wondering what the hold up was and if they had encountered an issue. Apparently, he said they were waiting for an update from the client with start dates and orientation but why was I told I was starting Monday??? Doesn't make sense. I asked him how long it would be until he knew and he never responded. How can you call yourself professional when you don't keep people in the loop and just have them wait and the worse part is 3 days later he still had the same excuse that they were waiting for client then ignored me completely. Furthermore, I did my own little research found the company that was apparently hiring gave them a call and was told that they were not hiring at the moment. It's been a week; I have already moved on but it's not fair to be pushed into giving your I.D.s being promised a job and in the end they leave you in the dark! Please do yourself a favor, save your time and energy and DO NOT GO TO ARROW!!!!
