Arrabelle at Vail Square for Vail Resorts Reviews

I was booked at the Arrabelle by my employer for a conference. It s a very nice, upscale place with great service. I enjoyed my stay. I hope to return with my family on vacation.

Awesome hotel with very accommodating staff. The bellmen were fantastic and went out of their way to make our trip a lot of fun. Dillon and Javin had great suggestions for excursions. We went in June for a beautiful wedding. Be sure to have the breakfast at the hotel. The views are amazing.

We were at the Arrabelle the first week of March. The hotel is beautiful! The team is great, always pleasant and helpful with anything you might need. Just relaxing in the lobby in the afternoon was enjoyable with the fire burning. Afternoon treats were really good, one day freshly made mousse tarts, another day it was chocolate fondue. A first rate hotel, very comfortable and the staff is always ready to help you. For skiers, you can walk to the gondola in a minute or two. ( free rides after 3:30 pm) The hotel provided free shuttle service to any location in Vail, during my stay. You can t do better.

Great base area, night life, restaurants and businesses available. This hotel gives easy access to Vail's best gondola. Great friendly staff.

Very beautiful room with an amazing view. The service could have been better, though. At two different times we requested things for the rooms that never showed up.

Skating, the guy running the skate rental were grate, ski g was fun more fun was all the falls my wife and I suffered, my lit th alone used the Walker she had a blast.

The food was great, we has a great time there, it looked very appealing, the service was amazing, the location was perfect and had many great things nearby.

Hotel Talisa valet charged our Tesla while we skied all day and it was the shortest walk to the lift ever. Thanks so much for helping us have a great day!

Do not book here! If your flight gets cancelled they will charge you thousands for your inconvenience. Steer clear and search for a hotel with a better cancellation policy. God forbid it snows in Colorado and you can't get a flight in.

Love this resort. We have returned here several times. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom floors are heated. Location is close to the Lions head gondola and the walking path to central Vail.

Each stay has been fantastic! Great location, rooms are very nice and clean, friendly staff! Got to meet the GM while we were there, very nice guy! We will definitely be coming back!

Booked my reservation on their online website. Charge was made on my account and I received a confirmation number in my email. Showed up and found out they had been closed due to Covid19 since 15 March after calling the number I was directed to a separate website to fill out an application to get a refund (which will process in 6-8 weeks). So they created a separate website to handle refunds...but did not bother to post anything on their website or halt transactions. Dishonest business.

If you want a romantic getaway, this is the place to go! Top to bottom the Arrabelle was professional, thoughtful, and top notch. If you golf, do yourself a favor and play their resort course at Red Sky. I ended up proposing to my girl on the 9th green. The concierge sent a bottle of champagne up for us to celebrate. We had a rough time getting up to Vail, my car broke down on the way up and we had to get it towed and ended up getting a rental car. I had called the Arrabelle and let them know we d be in super late. Upon arrival the front desk knew us by name and empathized with our car misfortune. A nice touch. Room was clean and well decorated. We had a fireplace in our room, and the decor was absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely be returning!!

This resort understands hospitality -- how to take care of people and make them feel special. The service is phenomenal, which you'd expect from a luxury resort, but the hospitality is unparalleled. Wonderful experience. Kudos to Charlie at the front desk for doing everything he possibly could to welcome my family and me.

It is a beautiful property! The staff is very focused on your needs and whims!

Today I did a mountain bike rental at Vail Sports. 20 minutes into my first run, my derailer snapped off during normal riding, I spent 2 hours walking down the mountain with my bike. Vail Sports did not offer to reimburse me for my purchase.

Such a beautiful hotel with a great staff. The Arrabelle Club is so helpful when it comes to getting your gear to the hill. Definitely a must!

The sevice was terrible at the breakfast buffet. No one there speaks English.

By far the best place to stay in the Vail area. I would steer clear of the restaurant though.

Rented a snowboard and visited the starbucks. The rental went really fast and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Starbucks was way cheaper to eat at then the hotel.

Air conditioning was broken resort wide... Got kinda hot... Tough to be blame them for things that can happen to anyplace but still not a great experience because of it. Staff was great though.

I love photographing weddings at Arrabelle! Both their tent option and ballroom options are beautiful. Tons of opportunities for great portrait locations around Vail square or on top of the mountain. Top notch service too! Highly recommended!

Horrible ski valet experience. Stayed at the hotel before, this time stayed at different place, but decided to use paid ski valet. Paid for 3 days. Was told this morning that I can t change my boots in there (not being hotel guest). Zero people inside besides over confident personnel. Next thing-I can t leave my shoes in there for same reason. I couldn t believe what I was hearing and how staff treated me, remembering prior experience at hotel.
Boys there just decided to hide like guilty school boys when we asked to speak to the manager of the valet.

Not acceptable, disrespectful, ruining experience. Definitely consideration of the next time staying with the hotel, after treatment like this.

Connected to a full spa and workout facility, elegant hotel, great service, outstanding breakfast buffet...so full you won't need to eat lunch... but highest quality fruits, omlette bar, waffles, cheese bar, oatmeal, etc...

The Arrabelle is a beautiful hotel perfectly situated in downtown vail. It's close to everything most people visit vail for. The main catch is that each unit is owned as a condo, so the furnishings can vary room to room.

One of the nicest places I ve ever stayed at! The old adage, you get what you pay for is spot on!

Exceptional High end hotel, outstanding staff and services

Very nice rooms, amenities and service. Everything was super clean, modern and well taken care of. The stay left very little to be desired. Each room includes a fireplace, a very large bathroom with a soaking tub and shower, a small mini bar with a Keurig and a small patio.

Visited for their spa but it was under renovations, a shame but we were visiting in the off season, so understandable.
