Upscale place. The restaurant on the first floor has the best food in vail.
It was nice but pricy. The food in the restaurant was not the best. I liked the room and the hotel was clean.
My choice during ski season. Ice rink, restaurants and night life all there.

Cute village and shops, most things closed in April. Pricing is a bit expensive on restaurants.
We came during shoulder season so not a lot of places are open in Vail proper. But the staff and the hotel were impeccable. We're definitely planning on coming back during peak season!
Unexpected. I was completely blown away by Vail in the summer. I didn't think it would even think vacationing in Colorado in the summer was something that people did. If you are reading this, you need to visit. What an experience! Yes, the air is thin, but so what. They have canned oxygen, and plenty of mountain air to breathe in. I would highly recommend it!!!
Popped in a quick visit over Oktoberfest. Although not guests of the hotel we sat with one of the friendly, knowledgeable concierge, Tracie. She guided us through a helpful list of "must-try" retaurants and made a reservation at one of the suggestions. Spot on suggestion! Tracie made such an impact that my wife asked to stay at the Arrabelle on our next visit!

The room was spacious and clean with nice furnature and all the amenities you could want in a hotel! The only bummer was that the balcony looked like they hadn't had a chance to clean it since the last storm.
I had an absolute blast at The Arrabelle at Vail Square! The private residence we stayed in was beautiful, super clean and very spacious. The customer service from all the staff was hands down the BEST! Our concierge, Mike was ridiculously awesome. He made sure we were well taken care of and he helped us plan all of our activities while we were there. Mike went above and beyond and we greatly appreciat his generosity and hospitality. We received 5 star service throughout our stay and plan to visit again very soon. I highly recommend The Atrabelle at Vail Square. You will not be disappointed.
Stayed in the Pop Art Villa for my best friends 30th Birthday! It was a real treat and the place had all the best luxurious amenities to take advantage of! The staff was amazing and we received free rides wherever we wanted to go and be picked up from in town. The floors in the bathroom were heated and there was a steam shower as well! I enjoyed the automatic blinds that had the button very accessible right next to the bed! The hotel itself is gorgeous and the spa is amazing. I got a massage and added the scalp massage, aromatherapy and the cupping, it was the best massage I have ever had in my life! The whole experience was a real treat! If you want to experience the luxary life of Vail on a budget, go during off season!
Rooms and service and rooms exceptionally clean along with nice and professional staff. Highly recommend to others when staying in the area.
I am going to be staying there in December 2016 and I've tried asking some questions through customer service, as a luxury establishment I would expect much better service. I wish I could not stay there now after being treated so rudely on the phone. Hopefully my experience will be better once I arrive. - I will update this review after my trip...hopefully will be a positive update.
This place is a little piece of heaven on earth. You feel special the minute you check in. The ski valet is an outstanding after a long day on the slopes and the rooftop hot tub is spectacular for views and relieving weary muscles. They think of every last detail.
Beware of traveling with pets with Arrabell
So I booked my room on Hotwire and it said the hotel was pet friendly and listed the fees. So I called well in advance of my stay to make sure i was going to be in a dog friendly room. When I called the hotel I could only speak to the national rock resort reservation people not the actual front desk (very annoying). Anyways the lady went on and on about how I should of booked the room through them directly and she wouldn't be able to guarantee a pet room. So me coming for 3 hours away wouldn't have a guaranteed pet room when I arrive. Fun times now that I have a nonrefundable room with hotwire. The worst part is that the lady made it my problem not something that we needed to find a solution to.
Edit: The manager and I spoke and he did a great job making me feel better about my reservation. They should just list the local number and this wouldn't of been an issue. Kudos to the Arrabell.

We had the most amazing stay here for our 5 year wedding anniversary. There was champagne waiting and a sweet card upon arrival! Service is spectacular. Mark is the absolute BEST! Thank you Arrabelle! We plan to come back every year for our anniversary!
The Arrabelle was extremely nice. I really enjoyed the family spaces and the staff was amazing. I can't wait to stay here again.

Just had a light dinner before heading up Vail Mtn for a night hike. The mezze hummus was delicious with pappadums.
A nice place to visit in Vail, and very close to the gondola as well as many shops and restaurants.
Just stopped in for drinks. Professional service and reasonable market prices for top-shelf mixed beverages.
Went up for the weekend. Got a suite with 2 bedrooms in it (king size beds) and 2 balcony s which was nice, especially with 2 kids. Loved the rooftop pool and hot tubs, and the 6th floor hot tub at night is so pretty. Wasn t our first time here and definitely won t be our last! Fabulous place to stay and staff was amazing. From the front desk, to the valet, even to the guy who we kept calling to come up because we were riding the struggle bus. Thank you Arrabelle!

Gorgeous hotel with every amenity you can imagine! iPads in each room, workout equipment in the closets, gorgeous rooms with fireplaces. The employees are incredibly friendly and hospitable and you couldn't pick a better location within Vail village - Central to everything. From the complimentary roman bath in the spa to the rooftop pool, I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Tried to order eggs from Solomon the Buffett cook he said he could not do it. Too busy I didn't see anybody waiting or close to it. Never ever have encountered that at vail
Greedy! Reserved several nights and five days days before, first my wife, then our kids, and finally I came down with the flu. I called 48 hours in advance to see if I could move the date back. The receptionist advised me there were no refunds. Again, I asked to simply move the date as we were all sick. Nope! I spoke with the manager and was told they never give refunds or move dates. Again, I said I didn't want a refund, I just wanted to move the reservation. She was rude and defensive. She said even if someone breaks their leg, they'd still charge them for the entire stay. How cold is that? I mentioned I thought building a long term customer relationship was more important than a single booking. Not to this place. Apparently, they're in it for a fast buck. I ended up paying for the reservation and giving it to friends, who, by the way, didn't even stay for the last night. They had no empathy for our situation, their communication skills were lacking and their attitude was so irritatingly arrogant. Last year, we stayed at the Westin in Whistler (also ski in, ski out), and it was the opposite, we had a truly amazing stay. Buyer beware!
The Arrabelle is absolutely lovely in every way. It is in the absolute perfect location in Vail. It is less than a 3min walk to the gondola. I couldn't be more happy with the location. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and astounding. Fantastic balcony views as well.

Only briefly strolled through. This is truly a high end hotel with every services and amenity taken to the extreme.
If you like to ski there is no better place than this hotel. I was for an event but I was standing in front of the gondola. The rooms are super fabulous. I liked the restaurant that is there that also includes breakfast. It is close to everything that is on this day and easy to get to the bus if you like to go to the Vail Village.
We ate outside at the restaurant. The food was delicious, the drinks stiff, and the view breathtaking. The service took a long time, as it has the last few times we visited, but somehow the rest makes up for it because we keep coming back.
Our room was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the ameneties, particularly the car service into Vail Village, the delicious breakfast in the tavern, and coffee in the lobby. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back.
